Saltiness of food varied between bland to inedible. Establishment needs an air curtain. Patrons commonly smoke outside the front door. Smoke smell travels indoors. Common area smells like a restroom. Employees are nice.
Reliable fast serving Chinese food cafe and hot and cold desserts. Just like Starbucks, they have one in almost every corners of the SGV area!
The food used to be better, so we only do takeout for the mango ice dessert.My sister in law used their restroom while waiting for the order. She said it was the worst restroom she’s been to in the last 10 years. Please change your toilet seats. She said there’s an endless amount of dried nasty toilet tissue on it. It was dirty!!!

most restaurants take precautions to avoid handing out deliver orders to the wrong driver. I came in to pick up a delivery and I was told that they didn’t have the order because they gave it out to someone else. They refused to fix the problem, leaving the customer who ordered the food with no order. Very rude they don’t care about their customers at all
After a long hard day at work driving home we ordered a take out for dinner at 10pm, we realize we forgot something n drove back to work and got a call from them 1053 pm they will close at 11 pm, we informed them we are on our way we will reach there in 15 minutes, the lady said no we will close at 11 pm and hung up.When we reached there at 1110 pm the doors were still open and the 2 staff were playing on their phones at the reception, they told us they do not have the food anymore. They are still there but they won’t give us our take out order. What did they do with the food ?They will rather trash it then let the customers have it for being late even though they are still there ??We hv been customers for more than 10 years, their service has gone from bad to worse to non existent, their food is not that great, the management might have to re think re training their staff. The staff there just do not care. !!
Hainan chicken is mile away from the real Hainan chicken taste, if that's the real deal then I am the emperor of China. Ginseng and Silkie Chicken Soup is blend, taste like watert. Cant say much for other dishes, but based on sample size of one dinner, 2 for 2 sucked, I will not come back.
Excellent service, friendly helpful staff. Generous portions and delicious food. We had the chicken lettuce wraps and the wings. Both dishes were very good.
