Used to Love this place but it changed. I noticed a HUGE difference after being away for 2 months. The portions are significantly smaller all around... from fixings, to noodles and meats... also, the soup isnt the same and is watered down now. Overall quality plummeted. That order was tougher and harder to eat.I feel the management has changed and in a bad way.Didnt enjoy my last order. I want to like this place as it was my pho place of choice but I don't see myself going back any time soon

I don’t know if they changed owners here? Like, more expensive and lesser than before. No pickled onions added to the to go orders, soup wasn’t hot.

Always a good experience and amazing food eating here! One of the only pho places here in the area to open late! I get off work around 830pm and sometimes I crave pho after but most places are closed already. This place hasn't disappointed me at all every time I come.

Delicious food. Would recommend you try if you are in the area. Loved menu item c-1

I ORDERD SPRING ROLLS AND THEY WERE THE WORST TASTING ROLLS I'VE HAD. JUST OLD LETTUCE AND SHRIMP, THEY HAD A BAD SMELL AND I JUST TOOK 1 BITE AND THREW THEM AWAY. THEY DON'T DESERVE 1STAR.TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

Fast authentic

Friendly staff, broth can be improved

The service is the best. The server was friendly and the food is good. The restaurant look clean and the design beautiful.

The spring rolls were pretty sad, the dipping sauce was basically just oyster sauce, and it was filled with basically chopped cabbage. The pho was alright, large portion, but the taste was lacking that savory oomph that you usually expect from pho, the broth was very dark, almost like they added soy sauce to try boost the flavor. Will not be ordering from them again.

One of the few places that opened past 8:00PM thankfully. We ended up getting home late from our road trip and I was craving something soupy and hot. We called multiple pho places (six to be exact) only to find Pho Bro to be the only one open.It was actually already on the late end (close to closing) when I called, but the man on the other end was really nice and told me that he would wait for us if we chose to order.Boyfriend and I ended ordering: regular steak pho, nem rolls, and a grilled pork rice entree. The nem roll unfortunately was incorrect and they gave us shrimp spring rolls instead. The spring rolls were okay, not a fan of the ice berg lettuce though, but I liked the sauce that it was paired with. The other two entrees was very tasty, perfect level of savoriness with great seasoning. The pork was tender and juicy, wasn't dry at all.Pick-up was quick and easy, he even gave us a free drink and our food came with a reusable bag!The only downside was the communication which resulted in the incorrect spring roll order. There was a lot of repeating going (English wasn't his first language) on via phone and there was a mix-up of some sort because it seemed like he didn't quite understand what I was saying. I def recommend going in to order if you can. :)
