Hot pot or hotpot (simplified Chinese: 火锅; traditional Chinese: 火鍋; pinyin: huǒguō; lit. 'fire pot'), also known as soup-food or steamboat, is a cooking method that originated in China. A heat source on the dining table keeps a pot of soup stock simmering, and a variety of Chinese foodstuffs and ingredients are served beside the pot for the diners to put into the hot stock.
Really bad service, order the meat and wait FOREVER! they didn’t give us the meat we ordered until we checked out, when we ask where is the meat we ordered they don’t give a xxxx! if you guys can’t give the meat we want then don’t do all you can eat! Totally wasted my time and money
I know this place well, it was a Chinese pancake restaurant before, and always buy the very good salted duck at Galleria Market. I visited this hot pot twice, once in June 2019 and another in November 2021.The first time, it was really good. That time it has plates in different colors with the price accordingly. The food is fresh, the portion is acceptable. But the second time, it was worse, much worse. It changed to all you can eat and with extra orders. The portion for AYCE is very very small, you can barely feed yourself by AYCE. In that case, you have to order extras, and the food quality was not as good as before.I guess I won't visit it again.
The broth and meat is ok, but you can find better hot pots in LA area. The fact that they use wood stick for one piece of meat is not enviromental friendly. I wish they could use recyclable or reusable stick. Worth a shot, but not coming back.
All you can eat. 4 pieces each order of meat and wait forever.
Yummy, but think little expensive
unlike the hotpot. This remains me of my childhood.which is called ChuanchuanXiang. Good Taste.
good food. good place.
1 piece of meat per stick. 6 slices of beef for $8. If they were good quality or unique i wouldnt mind the price. They are your ordinary beef from the market. Too pricey no quality. By the way, no price to be found anywhere no menu nothing. I think they want 1 time customers who wouldnt return. That is what i will do.
