430pm on a Saturday. Decided to give this weird hours (no morning donuts?)place a shot. Well…it was bad. Only 5 flavors of old donuts available. A bunch of employees standing in the doorway of the backroom NEVER even greeted us. Stood there for a while and never got asked for my order. No customers in the building so that wasn’t the issue. Cleanliness was questionable. This place needs to close now and save themselves the remaining investment. Good luck!
It was dirty there were crumbs on almost every table from previous customers. All their napkin dispensers were empty. They messed up my order several times it was overly hyped the food wasn’t good either. The wait time was terrible waited almost a hour for 3 drinks 2 of which they kept getting wrong.
I usually not a fan of donuts but my daughters want to try this place because it looks good. We got 3 different flavors and they are all delicious, they are way better than regular donuts. It's a little expensive but it worth it. By the way the gentleman that help us is very nice and polite. Definitely recommend this place .

I couldn't find their hours so I called. They said they were already closed but had some mochinuts left and told me I could come buy some still. Very friendly, quick service, and very delicious mochinuts and Thai tea. So far my favorite flavor is the chocolate almond. Will definitely be going back soon!
I love Mochinuts cause they are chewy and their own flavor. Especially this place has variety flavors!! That is why I drove to Rowland heights even I have place in my area. I will definitely come to have mochinut again, it is worthy for my "Happiness of daily life". They have really nice atmosphere as well.
Forcing people to buy a dozen is ridiculous.

I went today at 12:03 in person, they told me that they don’t have nothing ready yet, I said ok no problem and I left , went to Dunkin’ on the corner and got A coffee and order online mochinut while I drank my coffee, to give them time since they didn’t have nothing ready, my pick up order was 12:43 pm, they called me 12:26 pm and told me they didn’t have nothing ready and many of the selection I picked they didn’t have, I said it’s ok don’t worry just cancel my order since google order doesn’t have a cancel button or I couldn’t find it, they said ok I will cancel it. Waited and nothing the order was still there, I called again and they told me the same thing, waited I called again and they decide not to answer me and I called multiple times, then I called from a different phone number and they picked up the phone! When they realized it was me they told me that they didn’t have time to talk to me and left me on hold for 15+ min . And still didn’t cancel my order. It’s 3:30 on and they didn’t cancel it, I’m going to have to call my credit card to make sure they don’t charge me, I was very excited to try them cause it was my first time, but definitely never going again
