老板塞一堆人插队,根本吃不上,别排了,傻逼内部营业这么久还不够他们自己人吃,现在营业了还一堆人插队

I visited this restaurant few years ago, and it was one of the best. I decided to try it again since I was in California, but was little disappointed. There are so many better hot pot places and I don’t think I’ll go to this one. The places is outdated and I prefer places where I can make my own sauces.

If you want true authentic casual Sichuan food experience in LA. Then this is the one. Why?They offer better value than most Sichuan Restaurant due to portion are smaller so it be easier for individual or two. A lot of time you had bring a group to dine most of sichuan restaurant due to the cost and portion size. The interior is very like 80 and early 90s Chinese Vibe. They had the pork brain dish which sound kinda exotic but actually is very tasty.Their skewers is very reasonable price and the key is you get to try many different variety for the same price as other place that limited to fewer food. This place is extremely popular and always a long wait unless you come before it open or hour before closing.

We had gone for team lunch. They have a large variety of soup bases to choose and each is tasty. The large portion is very filling but I would have preferred a mix n match option.

My daughter, Heidi is a shabu lover! While here for the holidays she wanted us to try the Jazz Cat Fusion Shabu (SCFS) Restaurant in the City of Industry. It is a crowded place and for that reason alone reservations are not provided. So, what to do? They set up a "on-call" reservation system with Yelp. After signing into the Yelp App, you literally get placed on a bar graph showing you place in the waiting line. Nice! So, we started at 6 pm at home and wanted to dine around passed 8 pm. We posted our queue up wait request around 7:15 pm. Arriving around 8:30 pm, Heidi wisely called in advance and we were assure on place in line. When we arrive...It took us 5 min to be seated! Nice system! Heidi was our tour guide at the table and she ordered two appetizers, special sauces and beers to start....It was good, and yummy. The Entree ordering is different and it's a 1,2, 3 step process..1 selecting meat entree, 2 your soup base and finally, 3 your sauce. I chose Beef, Thai Green Curry and Ponzu Sauce. Note worthy is the initial spicy flavoring of Green Curry when you first start, but it gets less spicy as you add your ingredients. Always start with the hardest veggies that take longer to cook. At the mid point of your cooking the broth begins to slightly boil and you can add your slices of meat. Mix and stir creating a rich lush and savory flavor. Add the rest of your veggies....Pick out your meat and dip in the sauces...WOW! This a great place, very crowded but you spend a great time being busy cooking at your table and serving your dishes while sipping at your concocted soup and chasing it down with a nice cold beer. Looking forward to coming back in the very, very near future.

We have seen long lines at this restaurant, but, today, there many empty seats. We almost did not go in. We did have a very nice meal at this restaurant. My companion and I had their lunch specials, chicken and rib-eye steak. I also ordered the seafood special addition, which included 3 large shrimps and 4 small fish fillet. The price of the lunch special was reasonable, but the seafood addition was a little on the pricey side. There were a decent quantity of vegetables, bowl of rice and a egg plus choice of ramen or udon with the lunch. We also had to choose from a variety of soup base and dipping sauces. I chose the spicy pork bone soup and the spicy Thai dip. They were both good, but the soup was a little too spicy for me. Wish that I can order it a little less spicy. Cooking the food on a metal pan was easy and convenient. The meat was of good grade, cut very thin and was cooked very quickly. The hotpot was very tasty and flavorful. The soup was good after I diluted with my companion's pork soup. We definitely would come back

I've been to so many different hotpot places and this place is always consistent. The staff are very friendly, environment is wonderful and food is always delicious.
