While the whole America is dropping mask requirement, the first thing we have recieved wasn't greeting but PUT YOUR MASK ON AND WE DON'T HAVE ANY OF THE DISH YOU WANNA ORDER. I don't know why he thinks yelling at customers is a good idea. If you don't wanna get treated like trash, especially during mother's day, don't come. Oh or if you are not Korean, you will definitely being treat like trash.

My boyfriend and I love coming here with friends for bossam. This is definitely our go-to place every time we crave bossam and we have never been disappointed each time we came. The premium bossam combo features 3 flavors of steamed pork belly (original, garlic & green onion) with meaty cuts of jowl. ??? This combo is plenty to share for 4 people. Lettuce and banchan (side dishes) are also provided to make lettuce wraps. We like that Mister Bossam also has outdoor patio seating.

I've been here twice. Both experiences are exactly the same.As a Korean, i can't recommend this restaurant to anyone who's looking for legit Korean food with good quality.1. Quality of food is kind of bad compared to other Korean restaurants in general.2. Staff shortage. (Have to wait a lot)3. Music is too loud to enjoy food and have a conversation.4. Small amount of food, expensive.5. Cheap & disposable utensils, bowls.Gave benefit of doubt and revisited but i was right the first time. Meh.... I'd stay clear for a while.

The restaurant has begun giving styrofoam plates as dining plates and cheap flimsy plastic utensils, which are completely ineffective and ruin the dining experience. Better to get takeout and eat using your own dishware.Aside from that, the food is also more greasy than needed. Maybe fine for the late night crowd, but not for lunch or dinner.

Bad food. All is pre cooked and tastes terrible.

December 2021 - Party of 2. Went on a Friday at around 630pm, no wait! Been awhile since I've visited this place. It used to be that you order when you sit down but now you check in with the host and order, then they'll seat you.Food/Pricing - LA Grilled Cheese Pork Ribs w/ fried rice included ($45) and a peach soju! They'll add the fried rice into the dish about halfway through the meal. The meat and everything is yummy! And we had plenty leftover!!Service/Ambiance - Friendly staff! They take your temperature. Outdoor and indoor seating available. They have heat lamps but it was still a bit chilly outside. Will I be back? Most likely!

Felt like it didn’t live up to the hype. Food was just ok to good. Ordered the LA grilled cheese pork ribs, premium Bossam and buckwheat noodle in radish water. Funny thing is, cold buckwheat noodle was my favorite dish and it wasn’t really what I was expecting. I wanted neng myun, which has chewier noodles and pairs well with hot mustard. I thought it was weird that they didn’t have the mustard or offer scissors, which is typical for this type of dish. It wasn’t until I looked at the menu more closely that I realized the menu just says buckwheat noodles in radish water. Cold broth was refreshing and noodles were more like soba than neng myun, but was pretty good. Definitely could have used hot mustard, but they did have vinegar which was enough to satisfy for the day. Premium Bossam didn’t look anything like the picture, but price was reasonable, so not a lot to complain about except I’ve had better. Way better from places that don’t especially specialize in Bossam. Anyway, was happy to check a place off my list. Last but not least, the pork ribs. The spicy sauce wasn’t really that spicy. Ttuckboki or spicy rice cake was the best part here. Egg was decent and surprisingly, the sausage and pineapple paired well together. The ribs themselves didn’t have a lot of flavor, but wasn’t bad either. Just didn’t have the pop of flavor I was expecting. Another ok dish. Banchan was light here also and service was underwhelming. We were supposed to get fried rice with the rib dish, but never got it. Had to ask for rice separately and our server never really checked back after our food came. I think they were under staffed, but that’s not my fault. Left a 20% tip anyway, but getting tired of places using circumstances as an excuse. All she had to do was apologize or let us know they were understaffed and would have been cool, but think she was just upset at the situation and we were the first ones there to face the wrath.Pro tip: don’t try to use the check in bonus. Not excepting it during Covid. Wow, a $0.50 soda can. I guess I’ll never get to use it as I will not be going back. Happy to have tried it once, but nothing special to warrant a second trip. All four of us felt the same way

Food is good but service is not so great. We asked for napkins 3 times and finally got it 10 min later. One of the waiters said "sure, no problem" to our requests, but never bring what we asked.

I won't believe this place gets 4.5 ⭐. Anyone who's posting how good it is doesn't know korean food. You are warned.
