I had to leave the restaurant after sitting down. Obviously someone has been smoking inside and the restaurant staff ( I assume) were singing loud karaoke inside another room on a Tuesday at 7pm. No wonder we were the only customers there. Looks like they are not ready work. Thanks Did they get ownership change?

We came upon Miao Miao Xian in Rowland Heights.When we arrived, we were greeted with an adorable logo of a cat. AHHH! That explains the name. The restaurant is quite spacious inside and comes with an extensive menu of seafood and meat dishes.Their mission is to provide fresh, healthy and nutritious tasty food at reasonable prices in a clean and friendly environment.We ordered the Cod Fish - Dragon Gate Style, Short Ribs in Griddle Pot, and Glutinous Rice Dumplings for desserts. The short ribs came with crunchy fries, dressed in a spicy sauce. So delicious!! The cod fish came in a spicy broth, packed with all kind of ingredients such as mantis shrimp, lotus roots, and mushroom. The meal ended on a perfect note with Glutinous Rice Dumplings, a lovely ending to cool down all of the spices.If you’re still undecided on what to eat this weekend, come here!
