Slow service and well-organized staff but the order should be more convenient and faster. There is always more room for improvement as well.

ORDERED PANCAKES AND SAUSAGE.NO TASTE AND THEY WERE COOL NOT WARM. THE SAUSAGE LOOKS ALOT SMALLER THEN BEFORE.

Food is mostly accurate but presentation should be better like drinks should not be dripping everywhere outside the cup.

When and why did McDonald's stop providing the little packets of chopped nuts to put on our chocolate sundaes? Chopped nuts go with chocolate sundaes. So what happened??? Please bring back the packets of chopped nuts for those of us who enjoy them. And why is the service, both inside and the drive thru, so sloooooow?

McDonald’s “skip the line” and order online does not work. We waited more than 20 minutes for a small order. Ordering online does not skip the line, it makes you wait a longer line.

Very good expirence went in the morning and all the food was fresh and employees were helpful

Other than the restriction something like - dine in customer are allowed in store for 1 hour due to Covid restrictions. Otherwise hmm the kiosk is a must for every McDonald’s. I wish all McDonald’s do have those in place

One of the most bumbling, slow and rude McDonald's in this area.The only reason why I even go to this McDonald's is because of the convenience but I regret going there every time.1. Wrong order - 3 out of 5 times I go there they ALWAYS mess up my order! Missing food, drinks, condiments and utensils. However, when you go back for the missing items... they always give you a hard time. And my orders are not small. A good. $60 to $200.2. Speed - everything is slow. I wonder if they are making the food by scratch some times. They just don't have an urgency to them. Even some of the managers have been seen to just stroll around and do nothing to help the back log of customers waiting to order or get their food. And most of the time no on is seen at the counter working. It's only when there are 2 or more ppl waiting is when a worker will come out slowly to take orders.3. Service - this goes back to #1. When ordering food and trying to get missing items... they definitely have an attitude and a bit of looking down on. I can't rule out racism but I dont feel appreciate for my business there.

Walk into the store and the trash on all the cans inside were overflowing on the floor as the employee walked by they would place trash on top and watch it fall asked management why the trash has not been thrown out she stated they are short staff
