This time I visited, the service wasn't very good as it took a while for things to arrive and to pay the check. I'd like it if you had better management and communication with the waiters to make things more efficient for both the customers and staff.
Good ramen overall. Lots of ingredients and the noodles are done well without it being too soft or too chewy. The broth is so rich and tasty. And the potions are big enough to make you feel satisfied. They have sushi roll specialswhere you buy one and get one for 50% off. The rolls are decent, but it's their ramen that's the go-to item. Try their tokatsu ramen with black truffle oil. So good!
When you order Ramen , maybe you should use ramen noodles and not spaghetti....lol what a joke , can't belive they did that
So disappointed when coming back after 5 months. Restaurant look nice and staffs more professional that all look very good I like it but when food came I was so disappointed.1. No hot tea available2. Ramen came out, it was not hot, it was warm only. Warm creamy ramen for a cold day is not easy to handle but we tried to finish it fast before it turns to cold completely3. Lemon rolls used to be my most favorite but now I tried hard to finish it since I do not want to take raw plate home. Lemon slide used to be cut super thin and top on each pieces of roll cut but now it only few and was very thick. It is not lemon roll if you do not eat lemon slide with the roll, taste will be different. I had to ask extra lemon slide but it was too thick in compare to the way they had before back in July. Maybe chef was changed to new one so the way the mix spicy tuna and cut and present the plate was completely different4. BSCR rolls used to be so good with creamy and baked flavor but now it taste like food togo in food court which is hard for me to explain, I had to ask box to go to bring home since we do not want to eat moreI may not come back this Kopan anymore. All was changed in way down even service is better.
First time here since the remodel. Like the new interior and seating arrangements. Menu has quite a few choices other than ramen. Service was great and quick.
Good ambiance on the decor. Not too many Ramen dishes but the ones they have are good. Sushi is really good, they have a sushi bar so you can watch your orders being made if you want
The meal were put together to look good but not for the taste. The Ramen soup is barely warm. It seems everything cold put together in a bowl and add barely warm soup.
We came to this spot for a meeting. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. The staff were very polite and we felt good. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
Love this place so much. Not only is thier food wonderful but the atmosphere is great too! It's our go to spot!
