It should be a zero star from yesterday Mon 5-16-22, 8pm. We told the chubby guy we wanted 2 sides for two #1 combos, he said ok, but when we got the order, we only had 1 side! He didn't tell us prior to pay him! Very deceitful guy! ? previously we had same experience with the same guy! so he didn't know i was gonna check in front of him before I go, so right on the same spot, I asked him why one side only?! he got embarrassed ? very vicious guy! We ran out of time otherwise we could add mashed potato. He ruined our dinner! Ruined our appetite! I wish his Boss can tell him don't deceit customers repeatly like that! they will always remember you! ?
This kfc is really good compared to most I've had.. Been here plenty of.times and still no mess up. All these Karens complaining about typical fast food things thngs should just go off and live on some island alone if they are gonna get all butt hurt over common fast food flaws. The world is not perfect just like you aren't :) be perfect then u can expect everything in ur life to be perfection.
Almost a 30 min wait for drive thru - I know because I sent a txt before ordering - had to park up front for what I was told would be a 5 min wait - called to remind them I was still waiting for order & then still had to wait for them to bring it out Unfreaking acceptable
Good but pod pie should be a little more spicy + with tandoori masala.
Excellent customer service and we are happy to hear that this place accepts EBT FOOD. This is really important for alot of PEOPLE that are on this program. You can get a great hot meal. I wish more food restaurants would offer this.
Not happy at all. Staff was friendly, but popcorn chicken was disappointing. Bathrooms were disgusting. Negative 5 stars if I could
They now take EBT you have to show it to them before they take your order there's a special machine but what a great thing during hard times

If you go buy food towards the end of the night when they're about to close the chicken isn't crispy.
I waited 10 minutes. For some old rubber chicken. I will never go there again. The manager wasn't friendly at all. He said a word.. Just Look at everyone in the line and turn around. No hello No we will be with you shortly. Nothing, while the young lady from drive-thru take order there and the front counter. He just place my food on the counter. However if I gave someone the old chicken I would say anything to them. If I was still in the area I would have returned it. Save you money!!! Go somewhere else where the chicken is fresh.
