Been a customer for 3 years, i would ask for no better taste and service. However, i’m not sure if i would go as often, the price has been increased by around 5$ per dish now, two dishes( Sichuan pork and eggplant tofu, no rice added) costed 35.7$.Besides, the settings in cashier machine made me feel uncomfortable. When I came for a PICK UP order, the cashier machine defaulted charging tip at 20% ! Other options are 18% and 25%, there’s no “no tip” button to hit…i have to muddle through to input zero in the “others” option... the whole process managed to gave me a funny guilty feeling…if i’m dining in, i would be happily give a good tip, but for a pick up order this is a bit pushy.
This is the first time I have had met such terrible business owner. First of all, the credit card machine automatically added 20% tip for a take out order when I overlooked the processing steps (instead of clicking no tip but clicked continue). Fortunately, when I realized the total amount was different from what I was told , one of their employees explained their credit card machine's weird set up (the 20% adding amount if someone hit continue) and told me they could deductsuch amount from my next order.However, things completely changed when so call manager (believe she was the business manager ) refused to do so due to she claimed that she already distributed the tip amounts to employees.This is exactly what she said;' "This amount is as legitimate charge, as my staff did bring the food to you! What that employee told you - exchange that amount for food - was an incorrect promising . You should learn the mistake and be more careful in the future".This woman really knows how to do a deceitful sly business.

Came here while in the area are was impressed by everything. The boba teas, the steamed buns and the service were all exceptional! I can’t wait to bring more family and friends here
