We have visited Happy Harbor (凱悅) several times and, as always, enjoyed their Dim Sums and service very much. We came for lunch on a weekday, so there’s no crowd. The followings are what we ordered: 1. Chinese New Year Turnip Cake (香煎好彩頭); 2. Shark Fin Dumpling (魚翅餃, $4.50); 3. Steamed Tofu Skin Rolls (鮮竹捲); 4. Chicken feet (鳳爪); 5. Shrimp pyramid dumplings (水晶蝦餃皇); 6. Abalone dumplings (鮑魚燒賣); All were scrumptious and yummy, we exceptionally enjoyed Chicken feet , Abalone dumplings and Shrimp pyramid dumplings.
Classic dim sum spot that my family has been coming to for years. Yes, it’s a long wait (30 min - 1hr is the norm), and yes, the service can be a bit brusque, but it’s all part of the charm. Plus the food is well worth it. They don’t have carts, but rather, you pencil how many dishes you want by numbers and give it to the server. They bring the food out as it gets prepared. The menu is in Chinese but they do have pictures so you’ll be fine. You also have a choice of tea and there’s plenty of seating for large parties. If you don’t want to wait, you could get there right when they open around 9:45am and you can waltz right in. There’s a parking lot but since it’s next to a 99 Ranch, parking is a bit competitive. There are bathrooms available in the back as well as private rooms. My favorite dishes are the beef roll with the crunch outside and the shu mai. The milk buns are also really good for dessert. They do take credit card and there’s no WiFi available. Overall it’s authentic, it’s reasonably priced, and the food is delicious - I love coming here.

Dishes were cooked deliciously. Presentation were beautifully done. A little bit pricey but I think its worth it!
Came here with my family of four on a Sunday morning around 1030am. Good time to go; it was just starting to fill up. When we left at around noon there was a long line waiting to get in. Lots of choices to choose. With pictures which helps because sometime each place does it a bit different or it's good to know if you get 3, 4 or 5 pieces. A bit on the expensive side but I don't know the dim sum prices around here. Very good quality and very tasty.
Dim sum is made to order...every item was fresh & delicious. There were 8 in our party and we ordered at one on everything on menu. The one plus hour drive is worth it.

We have visited Happy Harbor (凱悅) several times and, as always, enjoyed their Dim Sums and service very much. Today, there’s no exception. After a short wait, we 4 were introduced into the guest/party room in the back. Since we would order Dim Sum from the menu, there’d no need to wait for the Dim Sum Cart. On the menu, their Dim Sums were grouped into three categories: Small(小) $3.50, Medium(中) $4.50, Large(大) $5.50; plus some “specials” (特) that were priced higher. The followings are what we ordered: 1. Cowberry leaves (omasum) (牛柏葉, $4.50); 2. Stuffed bean curd (Tofu)(玉子豆腐, $4.50); 3. Turnip Cake (羅蔔糕, $3.50); 4. Fried taro cake (芋頭糕, $4.50); 5. Shark Fin Dumpling (魚翅餃, $4.50); 6. Steamed Tofu Skin Rolls (鮮竹捲, $3.50); 7. Chicken feet (鳳爪, $4.50); 8. Shrimp pyramid dumplings (水晶蝦餃皇, $5.50); 9. Abalone dumplings (鮑魚燒賣, $7.70); 10. Fermented bean curd Tang lettuce (腐乳唐生菜, $10); and 11. egg tart (蛋撻, $3.50) as dessert All were scrumptious and yummy, we especially loved Abalone dumplings, Stuffed bean curd, Steamed Tofu Skin Rolls and Shrimp pyramid dumplings.
Food was great. Service is good but no smile. It's very crowded on the weekend but has the best variety of food available.
