Service is horrible but I still give it 5 stars cause I go for the take out and.my order has never been messed up and my food has always been perfect. They need better service tho other wise people are gonna complain, i don't care I can handle anything but there's a lot of soft people who like to complain about living so hopefully corp can change this

Its delicious, all sandwiches and burguers are juicy and crispy, ingredients taste fresh and you must try the jalapeño poppers!
They say that it's a 24 hours restaurant but yet when you go at 1:40 to 2am they will not allow you to order. They also went to the drive thru to put a sign saying they will be back at 6am when they are 24 hours how does that make sense? I will be putting complaint to corporate and making sure they know how they are damaging the Carl's Jr name. You guys officially lost my business and I will be going to another restaurant that appreciates that it's customers
The Worth costumer service, the girl didn't get my order right I had to repeat 3 times, an she didn't had change , she took while to give my change back.she too some other order first, my kids ask me how long would take the food to come
Restaurant and services are fine and great. Just the prices, they all bad for Carl's Jr.... need to price them down by 40%, otherwise people can't survive with low pays works at this time. This message should be for all fast food chains, you guys aren't too far prices from real restaurants except you guys charges softdrinks more than the most real restaurants and private restaurants. The service was pretty slow I was the only person ordering and it took 10 minutes to get my food and there was no customers there and the woman that took my order acted like I was bothering her
