was craving mentaiko pasta,Its not bad, but not creamy. More like a dry spicy style.I remembered their kimchi pasta and fried rice is prrtty good
A little pricey, but worth it. Food was delicious. Servers were so so kind. The decorations on the wall were... questionable... I would not take your children there because it's not PG. But other than that its pretty good. other decorations were fine. Theres free wifi. The omurice was delicious. Good drink selection.
I don't know how to feel about this place...had a few comfort items like omurice and budaejjigae but lacked the flavor that makes you crave the dishes. Prices are reasonable for the size but it was hard to dine with so few people. Definitely a bar vibe and maybe would be all around better if I had been drinking? Friendly staff, clean place...jury is out on the fusion style food.
Good service. Delicious food. And a nice atmosphere. Servers were very responsive when asking for anything and overall a good trip. Would recommend.
The long wait coupled by the pretty mediocre food made for this two star review. Took almost an hour to wait for indoor seating but outdoor seating was zero wait time. The food was pretty monotone in flavor. The boorgogi beef and the pizza had the same flavor, but the pizza was just a tortilla with pizza toppings. The omurice had such a heavy flavor that couldn't eat too much of it.I guess this is more of a soju drinking place, but I didn't want to drink that night so the atmosphere just felt lacking with such a long wait and meh food. Not really a date night feel for this place. More of a grab a few drinks with friends late night type of place.
Great service and friendly staff! Great food!
IF you LOVE Korean Food! This place is THE place to go! KIMCHI PASTA! YUMMM....
Blending the best of Korean, Japanese, and other regional dishes Cafe Ganul delivers for adventurous palates. We tried the Spicy Pork Tacos, Da Best Kimchi Pasta Ever, Omurice, and Pulled Pork Fries...the sauces prepared for the pasta & rice dishes were outstanding! There's also an endless beer selection to match the variety of fusion dishes. Big props to our cook & server who single-handedly managed a busy afternoon despite global labor shortages!
Awesome place to go hang out with friends and enjoy a good meal. Huge Asian fusion menu with japanese and Korean dishes. Good drinks and plenty of TV's for entertainment too.
Came with some friends. Not sure if we came on a bad night or what, but it was kind of ridiculous. Ordered a simple Don Katsu. Watched my friends finish their meals after 40 minutes before mine came out. Something about having to prepare a new batch. Unfortunately, the simple katsu was overdone and dry. They are known for their kimchi pasta and that was at least edible. Everyone else's orders were mediocre at best, basically not memorable. The bill came out at $35 a person, a little over priced for what was served in my opinion. Service was lacking. Would not return.
