I ordered a Beef Hot soup mild w/ rice and it soooo delicious! My usual go to hot pot has been Tasty Pot over the years but having Boiling Point for the first time, it might have just become my new go to! The service was very quick and we got our hot soups within minutes of ordering. Lunch time also comes with a choice of sweetened green or black tea. What I loved most is that they offer a Passion Fruit collagen jelly for $1 with an order of a hot soup. The jelly was refreshing and sweet, it made a perfect lil dessert afterwards. To top off the experience, they gave us these lemon jellies with fiber in them! I will be returning and I definitely recommend!
The taste is good. Price average. It's too crowded if dinner time.
Great selection of different hotpots. Most of the ingredients are already preconfigured in a single serving pot with one drink. Add-ons, desserts, drinks are also available for additional purchase.
I've been here about 2 or 3 years ago and the only reason I went here again was because the one in Chino Hills had an hour wait. The server we had was ok, not friendly and she seemed impatient when we were trying to choose from their selections and because they were out of the items that we wanted, u asked if we could have more time. Food came in longer that the rest who came in later than us, they didn't even offer if we wanted some more soup. Their service is not at par and I wouldn't really recommend this place if you have other choices to choose from.
This location closed?- Was ordering to go, but no one picks up the call. Keep going to voicemail. - - Tried to order online via their website. keep getting bumped around from one site to another. At the end of order was informed the order time is unavailable.- Tried ordering through doordash and postmates...was also informed at the end order was unavailable.Room for improvement for the website developers -> prevent user from moving forward if at the end it's not going to go through. Less frustration = better experience = more orders = more $$$ for business. Hopefully their management team see this as room for improvement for their online ordering system. At the end, ended up going to a different location and ordered via phone.
BP is my most favorite hotpot place for long time because the flavor and sauce for dipping that I can not find in other hotpot place that opening with similar style. However, the BP in Rowland Height I must give 1 star1. After eating, I got home and ran to bathroom for 2 days now. It is not too bad to go to ER but you can not do anything else than going to restroom for every 20-30min.2. The reason I know it is only from BP but not from other food bcos I did not eat breakfast, I came there for lunch and head home right after that. I started ran to restroom when I got home it means after about 40-45min after eating BP3. I recall my House Special soup look a bit abnormal. The portion was smaller without vermicelli in the pot like it always in BP. Normally they have a little vermicelli in the hot pot and an extra either vermicelli or rice as your order but this time i did not have it. The the tofu was completely mashed not in shape like I always had so not sure because the tofu was no longer good or broken by stirring from their staff but flavor and texture was strange .I hope franchise management can look into the quality of this location to ensure quality is met Franchise standard.I love BP but will avoid this location from now on.
I absolutely loved my dish. It was quick and a great price :) it was my first time there & I do wish I was told that the fire on my bowl needed to get put out instead of it going out on its own. My dish was literally boiling. Amazing food and good service. 10/10 recommend
The food was great and the service was friendly.
It was a long wait but it was worth it.I got the seafood and tofu soup (minus the tofu) with vermicelli noodles and the veggie appetizer. It was delicious!
Great food, the dish Holy Cow was great. Went here around 2PM Sunday and the place wasn't crowded.
