Everything was good overall. However, we were seated outside. The fan close to us was not working⦠it was HOT. The fan next to that fan was set on low and server did not how how to change setting. We had reservations, so I requested to be moved inside. Of course it was full. The server then arranged us to have seats at the bar and promptly got us moved there. GREAT! Left her a very good tip. Management should really address such issue promptly, which really could have ruined an otherwise nice experience. The server, Arianna, should be commended for her ingenuity and saving the dayâand give her a raise.
Great overall
Slow to bring things despite many people working the floor. Brought dip for whole table instead of per couple (covid). Didnât follow an ask regarding removing a beverage from our bill (a later server fixed it). Most of all, food came out at different times and my entree got cold waiting for my guest to get her entree. Considering it was enchiladas I would have expected it to be hotter to begin with. I love zí³calo and this was embarrassing since my guest from outside US
Having a reservation was really helpful as there was a queue of people waiting for tables. The service was prompt and the food was up to the typically high standards of Zocalo...fresh ingredients well prepared and nicely presented.
Wonderful ambiance, and I love their food. Pretty noisy inside though, so sitting outside is the best option to have the most fun. Very accommodating staff.
We thoroughly enjoyed the experience from the moment we arrived. The only disappointment was the music was extremely loud.
Prices are high but the food is so good! Drinks are always tempting but the prices are outrageous and weâll always pass on themâ¦.
Very attentive staff! Food is very fresh and unique, perfect for those with a healthier palette. Loud place but fun vibe. Reservations came in clutch since it was crowded.
