Terrible customer service. I ordered online and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there in 20 and give them my name and they ring me up. Takes another 20 minutes to get the wrong order with the wrong name. I’m glad I checked before I left because the lady tried to tell me I was wrong and didn’t know what name I put. Like really? So they found my receipt and then started to make my order. It took me an hour to get what I ordered. Then the guy chased me out as I left saying I forgot to pay.. I waived my receipt in his face and all he said was “my bad”…terrible service.
Literally the worst customer service ever. Everyone is rude and doesn't want to do their job ?? I deliver for door dash every day from this location and all the workers are super rude. Especially the other girls. What happened to girl power? Why yall wanna act like b*****s. The food is always undercooked when I want to actually eat here, too.
they ALWAYS give me the wrong order. no matter the day, no matter the time. it’s frustrating when I don’t have time to stand there and check if it’s correct. Today, I only had fries with ranch and mustard. I could go to McDonald’s for that. The other day I received all cheese wings.. didn’t even order cheese wings. Time before that I got 6 wings out of 16 that was ordered.. wrong flavor too. I hate this place
I called to order to place a to go order. As I do all the time. I come to this wing stop often since it’s near home. Lady said it will be a 1 hour wait to hour in half I said Okay never mind. the lady yelled why hanging up why call then . As if is it bothered her to answer the phone ?. HIRE new weekend and night crew. As yours are very unprofessional and rude . I won’t be back again but all the other food places in the same parking lot will. word of advice if they hate there job or it’s to hard quit!!!
Always fesh veggies and beautifully coated wings. Not a huge selection of flavors but the flavors they do have are good. Plus wingstop gives enough dipping sauce unlike other places.
I ordered online, I was quoted 35 mins. When I went to get it, they had no showing of my order, 15 mins later they found it (been an hour later since ordering) so they hadn't even started it yet. I asked to speak to the manager and they wanted my number cuz they were too busy at the moment.
These guys were very busy on New Year’s Eve. They were doing their best. 3 or 4 guys were being verbally abused and cursed out by the lead female worker. It was cringy.
This location is a hit or miss at times... sometimes taste good sometimes doesn’t... need to work on consistency
We did a online order they mess up my order they forgot half of the food I had to go back and I had to wait another 10min then I said now you forgot my fries so I had to wait another 5min and then they were yelling at each other being rude not coming here again bad customer service
