Ordered a baconator, chicken sandwich and large fry and my baconator only had one patty and had onions and the cheese looked wiped off like they just added bacon to a different burger and all the rest of my food was cold. I clearly was given someone else’s old order not even similar to mine and I can’t even eat it because it looks tampered with. I’m very disappointed and did not eat my food. It was the end of the day and I get that they wanted to leave but I paid good money for my order only to not be able to enjoy it. I’m very sad and disappointed. Do better.
So I went into grab an iced coffee. The drive thru line we so long so I went in. They were so slow it was crazy ( and they only had a few customers inside and a ton of employees behind the counter).So my coffee was so bad I couldn’t believe it. And it was easily 1/2 cup ice and the rest coffee. For $3 it was laughable. I will never return. And even to get the one coffee it was a good 10 minutes.THIS LOCATION NOT RECOMMENDED. And NEVER BUY THE ICED COFEE. For $3 Starbucks is a dream here. Lesson learned.
Very nice Wendy's. Clean restaurant, accessable bathrooms, accurate and well made modified order. Would definitely eat here again.
Fairly decent Wendy's. Drive thru was packed so we went inside to eat. Nice and clean and empty. Not too bad . Bummer that there's no refills but all good ? staff was friendly and the food was fresh. Can't ask for much more than that.
Not that you ever expect too much from Wendy's, but I had that chicken asiago burger, it was pretty much a deep fried crust with no chicken in the middle and tasted very stale. But not recommend it stay with the burgers. Plus the fries are pretty cold.
The gentlethem working the window tonight was so friendly, fast and nice. They made our night with their bright personality. The food was fresh, fast and delicious. This is our favorite Wendy's shop now. Thanks for being so fantastic at what you do. You are amazing!
I've eaten at this Wendy's location (Pleasant Grove Blvd, Roseville) a few times since moving to the area, and I spent over 15 minutes in the drive-thru line each time (the fastest time was around 15 minutes). Also, the fries I got from Wendy's tonight were very old tasting at not enjoyable at all. I realized later I didn't receive a receipt with my meal, so I can't complete a feedback survey. All I can do is leave a review like this. I won't be going there again.
It might be me but I consider Wendy's as the best burger of the common fast food burger restaurants. Always fresh. Always yum!
I order a big bacon cheese combo. They didn't give me my fries. I usually always check the bag. The one time I didn't!!
Everytime you eat fast-food, you run the risk of getting a meal with something nasty in it. Today was our unlucky day. We got a nasty piece of blonde hair in our spicy nuggets. It's ok. It just reminds me why we shouldn't eat at this place and eat fast food. Won't be going here again.
