We walked in to just 3 people inside but food took a while and this was due to all the door dash orders. So be prepared to wait just a bit. I'm not complaining about waiting, I have no problem waiting for hot delicious food. The Nashville hot chicken is definitely a spicy addition to the menu and was worth the wait. The kids also enjoyed their burgers which were hot and juicy as well. The fries and onion rings were hot but not necessarily crispy, not bad but not great either. All in all it was a good meal.
Public service announcement: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! This location sucks. Ordered 2 burgers at 12:50pm and got my food 40mins later at 1:30pm. There were only 2 customers ahead of me and 4 staff members. Staff was lost and really slow to bring out orders. Manager and line workers were constantly bickering at each other and was a hostile work environment. Their shirt says "good things are worth the wait", but the burger was average at best. Customers behind me ended up leaving cause cashier ignored them after waiting 5mins at register. Owner is probably going to lose out on their investment on this location at this rate.
This is one of the worst places I have ever been to eat in roseville. If you have the option to eat somewhere else- there is no reason in this world you should choose here. First, starting off with the service, I place and pay for my order online. Pickup time said 7:09. I get in late at 7:40. I walk up and they say “oh I already made the order and gave it away, I would know because I made it” I said well that wasn’t me so it needs to be remade I have the order number. Well they were looking around and finally found it on the system. The manager with big eyelashes says they have to still MAKE IT. I ordered 4 items. Each item online you get to order a sauce with it. After they brought me my food after an additional 15 min wait, I looked in the bag, they forgot all my sauces- I didn’t even feel like asking so I just said get me ranch because I was already annoyed at this point (I had ordered way back gold sauce & chipotle sauce that they forgot) I also noticed they forgot my onion ring- if I walked out without checking it would have been money right out of my pocket. Then I leave and when I open all my food I notice my cheese fries do not match the advertised description on their menu. My fries only had bacon and cheese- menu said it would have ranch and scallions as well- so that was annoying I didn’t get the full product. Then My burger was so soggy after 3 min (I took a bite in car) that the bun fell apart in my hands. All in all, this place sucks from service to food. Food is so bland it’s terrible - so terrible I literally threw away everything but the sandwich because i was so hungry. Trashed the chili fries, cheese fries, and onion rings - they were repulsive.

Good burgers and milkshake but way overpriced! $6 for that size shake seems a little crazy but it was good so I don’t regret it but just won’t be a regular customer. They do have a lettuce wrap option but it was $10 and didn’t come with fries or a drink. Kids meal was $7 which was decent sized.
So I called this location just to double check about allergies as their online allergen menu doesn’t list my specific allergy (peanut/trees nuts). The guy who answered the phone just said to “google it” even though I told them I checked their website and wanted to be safe. Guy basically shoved me off the phone for what could’ve have answered in maybe 30-50seconds. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt if they were busy but the attitude was very inexcusable and completely unwarranted. Called the Folsom location, completely different attitude and answered my question in no more than a minute.
Don't blink or you'll miss it! They are located on the corner with no drive through access however, they are well worth the walk inside! Delicious burgers with a dash of personality! A diner type feel with a 2022 twist! Try a burger ? or two! Or any other of the menu choices!!! You willnot be disappointed!!!
The shakes are amazing here and so the burgers are excellent, but the fries they have are very mediocre and nothing special.
