Service is friendly but a bit slow. Ordered the California club and it was packed. The produce was pretty fresh but the avacado was all over the bottom of the sandwich. Very messy. But it was still tasty. They seem very short staffed so the wait could take a while. We were the only ones there and it was about 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I would say they are a bit pricey as well.

I know not every place is perfect, but you'd expect them to get an online order correct. When we went to pick up the order, the worker originally gave us just the sandwich even though we ordered soup, drink, and chips. I ordered a large Clubhouse sandwich and returned home to find a completely different sandwich. It was too long of a day and drive to go back and tell them the mistake, but at least now I know not to order online with this specific Togo's.
Asked for a meatball sandwich. Took 20 minutes to make when no other customers were around. Bit into my sandwich to get hard and crunchy (like croutons) meatballs. Cashier had a bad attitude.

Ordered hot pastrami and it was cold, like not even toasted or warm. Waste of $10. With so many other places nearby… go anywhere else!

Ordered two sandwiches for delivery on 9/18/21… the order was correct, however when eating my pastrami sandwich I bit into a dime! I’ve been trying to call them about the issue, and the phone just rings. Pretty disappointed!

Charging full price for a veggie sandwich that lacked veggies, especially avocado! That you get charged typically 1.50$+ extra for. ??
