Mmmmmmm - potpourri- so good! I love that everything is included in one price. No Nicole and dining here. Salad or soup- fresh hot bread, Main course, - even dessert . The service was quick and complete. We brought guests who were delighted to sit in the trolley. My husband loves the Vesuvius spaghetti- gets it every time!
Had dinner here tonight and boy were we seated fast! We walked right in to be seated, no wait time. Our server was fast, friendly, and efficient! Our food also came out fast and in the perfect time as well for each course.I always hlget the brown butter and mizithra cheese dish, so I got the garlic mizithra which has the addition of mushrooms and bacon, YUM!Husband had the crab ravioli, which was really tasty! I also had a cotton candy limeade that comes with a color changing straw. However, if you order an Italian cream soda, you get a complimentary glass that you get to keep, or trade for a clean one.Highly recommended if you want a nice hearty meal that doesn't break the bank.
This place was everything my hungry stomach needed. The food was amazing as well as the people. My server was so polite and checked on us the perfect amount. When I walked in the host was very welcoming. Overall I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend.

Sunday evening is normally a little busy but we only need to wait about 30 minutes for a table for two. We were seated in the train car and drinks were pretty quick. Orders were taken and salads were delivered within 5 minutes. The pesto ranch dressing is still a favorite even after 30 something years. Pasta with white clam sauce and a side of the buttery cheesey broccoli. Dinner was wonderful and service was great.
Store was nice and clean as usual. Our server was good, but was she was trying to cover too many tables. Ordering and getting our meals took forever. Salads & Meals were forgotten and brought out 15 minutes after the others. The prices jumped a lot and the portions a lot smaller. Overall no a great experience this time.
This is a Sacramento chain, that I love, but clearly they are dealing with some staffing issues. We were told it would take 20 minutes to be seated. An hour later we got our table. Another 15 to order drinks and probably 30 minutes to order our meal. The food was good. People were friendly. They were just clearly short on waiters.
I love there garlic cheese bread and the pasta is just amazing. This was my third time going here and it’s been good every time. Definitely coming back. It was special tonight since it’s my birthday.
We sadly had a horrible experience here tonight. We took our family who was visiting from out of town out for what we were hoping would be a great dinner. We made a reservation and came early to check in, just to be safe. While our food came out within thirty or so minutes of being seated, the service was the worst I’ve ever had. We did not get drink refills, our soup and salad dishes filled up the table when our dinner arrived, and no one came and checked on us for a very long period of time. We sat for about fifteen minutes after finishing our meals waiting for someone to address us (and no one had addressed us during the meal either). It got to the point where we had to grab someone and asked them to help us, but still no one came to the table. We had to get up and try to find water and drink refills ourselves. When we finally were helped, we were told every soda was out of stock, and when we asked for water instead and a refill on coffee, we were met with a negative attitude from our server and still no coffee refill. We were then met with attitude from our server for the rest of the night which is extremely disappointing for over a $100.00 meal. We still left a decent tip after the horrible experience, but will never be eating here again. It’s sad because this was a family favorite we have visited since I was a baby a few times a year. Such a shame and I hope the restaurant can do better for others in the future. I would love to speak with a manager if possible. I know that this is a popular spot that can get very busy, but this type of service should never be given to loyal customers just looking for a good meal and time.
