Ordered on the app outside the store, grilled chicken peach salad was good, fries/onion rings good, if the order is not right, it is ALWAYS my Wife's part ! Ordered Charburger well done with mayo grilled onions only, get home and there is shredded lettuce! We NEVER order lettuce on a burger, love salad, not on a HOT burger ! Suggestion, use real leaf or iceberg lettuce, not a little bit of shredded lettuce, HAVE your employees read the order out loud to themselves and coworkers assisting !
Always a hard Habit to break! No matter what you order, you will find the food enjoyable. I am in love with the single and double burger and sweet potato fries. You just can't go wrong with any item on the menu. Oh and the tempura green beans are out of this world especially if you dip them in the house ranch dressing ? The Habit Burger Grill is a must and once you do, you'll know what a hard Habit to break really is too!
After my wife and I were visiting family in the Rocklin area, when we spotted one of our favorite restaurants, The Habit. This location was clean, and the staff members were friendly. The restaurant was near capacity when we placed our order, yet we did not have to wait long. As all ways, the burgers were good. I love the Santa Barbara burger.
I don’t know what’s wrong with this location but every time we either do take out or delivery they seem to screw up my order. Today I ordered take out of the impossible burger and when I got home the burger was raw in the middle. The food is good when we eat there. I wish they would get it right all the time. I won’t be going back for a while.
For my first time, the place was not so habit forming. What’s the deal with American cheese? I mean is it even cheese? For a fast food joint, I was surprised we were given a timer after we made our order. The place is pricey for what you get. The upside, at least the location we visited, had a wonderfully delicious tropical fruit lemonade. I had the veggie “burger” which was good. However, if you plan to visit, I recommend the lemonade, free refills.
Good and messy I love burgers and fries good place too eat but can get crowded pretty guick
This is my 2nd time ordering for curbside pick-up and I had bad experience at this location. The pick-up wait time is ridiculous. I end up cancelling my order after waiting 25 mins. (this is 45 mins after I placed the order) They were short staff and customer service is not so good.
The burgers were flavorful and representative of the quality of the Habit franchises, but the two orders of fries were woefully soggy. For online orders they usually wait until the customer arrives before they cook the fries, but I guess that didn't happen this time.
While I dislike the location itself, the restaurant is great. Everything I ordered was made-to-order and tasted fantastic (aside from a small mistake of not removing tomatoes as requested). The location seemed busy, as expected during lunch rush, but the employees had a great and happy demeanor and were always professional.1 star removed for the dirty table I had to clean prior to sitting down and for forgetting to remove an item as requested (this is important, could have been allergic. Requests like this should have 100% accuracy for this reason).
Love their food! Burgers have that amazing Char taste and the grilled onions. I always get lettuce wrapped burger and it never disappoints. Locstion was clean. Plenty of seating and staff was engaging
