This Taco Bell location has always been more expensive than all of the other locations in town. Most of their meals cost one to two dollars more than the other locations. On top of that, they do not update the prices on their menu board and have raised prices several times since the last menu board update. Most of the prices shown on the menu board are 60 cent to one dollar less than they actually charge. I brought it to the attention of the restaurant several times over the last year and nothing has been done. After months of no action by the restaurant I called the corporate office, as I think it is a bad business practice to charge more than the posted prices. The corporate office has also done nothing. They also often give me a regular taco when I pay for a taco supreme.
I know a lot of people talk badly about Taco Bell, but I really like their taco supreme meal. I think it's good food, made fast and usually served with a smile, and reasonably priced. It's always to the same standard so you always know what you're getting. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I was irritated that they had no indoor or outdoor seating. I'm tired of eating in my car and tacos are something you need a table for!
If I can give zero stars, I would. Stopped by for a burrito and the condescending jerk made sure to tell us ‘you came too late’ when it was only 10 PM and this location closes at 12AM. The entire time he was so rude it was downright disrespectful. Then there was 2 cars ahead at the window, and it took them about 15 minutes to get one order out. The absolute worst location ever. It was so bad that 2 cars ahead just drove passed the window without even wanting to pick up their food ( I guess you lose your appetite waiting so long after a jerk takes your order). The guy inside was just laughing. I don’t think anyone found the situation funny. Do not go here.
The restaurant was a disgusting mess. The counter were they prepare the food was complete mess. The front counter had trash on it and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Wrappers and napkins and dirt all over the floor. Ordered a chicken soft taco something and got a chicken nugget stuffed in the middle of a tortilla. Thankfully the employees were very nice, just not very clean.
Stop coming here and go to another location. Lobby is NEVER open when I come to this location. Only drive Thur it's close to my work this why I get YB for work but have to go another because Looby is closed. This location need to hire more people or leave lobby open. Not good for business.
Was told they don’t remake messed up orders unless I want to wait another 30mins. Waited in drive thru 30mins line only to get my food only to have it made incorrectly made. Had to call them since their lobby wasn’t open. They made my bean burrito with just sauce and quesadilla wasn’t even cooked . You can hear workers goofing off ! No going to return.
My Go-To place. Love this location. 5 stars for sure. Menu is very consistant. Extra sauces always added in request. Great food. Wanted to go 5 stars...however...yes...sometimes...just sometimes...the wait in drive-thru gets lengthy..15 mins is a bit annoying going to work...I get rushed. Solidly a 4.5 always.
Its usually no big deal to see a line going out to the road outside the parking lot of a Taco Bell drive thru that is just busy not slow, incredibly slow. So slow it took 12 min. just to move towards the speaker. It took a total of 56 min. to reach the second window to get our order fulfilled. They gave us a free taco (with our next order) coupon said sorry written in sharpie on it. Cheapsakates. We were trapped in their drive thru line because they were understaffed and everyone is ordering large orders was their reasons. Its was grueling to then pay 36.00 for food we didnt want any more.
Do not come here for food. Do not order from here for food. If you are assigned a delivery pick up from this location, be extremely careful to not get screwed.Stuck for an hour in line as a Dasher to pick up an order. The drive thru line will trap you so that you are unable to drive away. Diner dropped the order because of the wait, which left me stuck and unable to perform deliveries for over half an hour after having the order cancelled. No explanation from Taco Bell at all. Cars would be left to sit at the order menu for over 5-10 minutes to receive their food - Never asked to pull forward to get out of the way for trapped cars behind them.
Worst experience ever. Waiting in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes to receive food. No answer given as to why it took so long. Who wants to wait in line at a drive thru for 45 minutes. Cashier was wearing his mask around his chin instead of his face. Trash was overflowing inside behind the cashier. Disgusting! Food was terrible when I got it home. Stay away from this place.
