Used to be my family's go to sushi place with half off rolls but prices have gone up since then and it feels like the rolls have also gotten smaller with no more accompanying salads. Still tastes great but too costly to fill up now. Rather hit Raku AYCE instead.
Best sushi I've had in quite some time especially the octopus. The service was also spectacular if you have time and enjoy seafood I highly recommend going here.
Our server Bobo was awesome!!!! The teriyaki chicken here is great! I do not eat sushi, so I always get a bento box. I love that I have a choice of what is in it! I got pot stickers instead of California rolls. My husband loved his rolls. Especially the 911 roll. I will have to remember to take some pics next time we go here!
Delicious rolls! And the names are hilariously seductive. We ordered the butter me up, the lemon drop, and some spicy one that I can't remember (that isn't the name). We also had fried soft shell crab, I was disappointed that there was only one small crab, and it did have a fishy smell...meaning it probably wasn't the freshest...I still ate it because I love soft shell crab. But the rolls themselves were good.
We live nearby and have passed by this place thousands of times but never tried it until this weekend. What a great little sushi spot. Very busy during dinner but worth the wait. My wife ordered 4 sushi rolls and I had a bento box dinner. Everything was delicious! The service was superb! Our server was very attentive and friendly. There really isn’t anything bad to say about Sushi Mon. We’re definitely fans and will be back for more.
As a preface, our visit was at a busy dinner time, between 530-6pm, on a Monday night. Even expecting a slower than usual experience due to the obvious occupancy, the total service was slow as there were only three servers for the entire restaurant. Appetizers were out very late, 30 plus min, for simple items like gyoza. Dinner was served late in comparison to other tables that arrived far after us, 30 to 45 min, and even left before us im advance of entree arrival. We were there for a total of over 2 hrs plus for a table of 5. Watching the floor,, the other two servers, serving more and larger tables, seemed to have been able to keep up with and attend their tables just fine. Although the taste and quality of the food was good, I would not visit for dine-in dinner again due to the unfortunate slow and unattentive service on our first visit.
Best sushi lunch specials in the area! 2 rolls, salad and soup for $12.95 and the kids meals are huge bento boxes! We come here a few times a month for lunch or takeout dinner. The staff is super nice and we have never had a bad roll or appetizer!
Sushi rolls were small in my opinion. They were good. The bathroom was not clean , and it had a smell that followed me back to my table. The waitress seem to want us to leave by asking to take our plates quite often, and we were not done. She always said take your time though. We did stay for about 2 1/2 hours.

Sushimon is a wonderful pop-in sushi restaurant with a expansive menu and quality food. Although, This is not a place for families, it's somewhat like a couple date diner. Menu is not PG either, so I wouldn't recommend bringing young children. The Sushi was great and customer service was delightful otherwise.
