Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the very unmotivated, very unfriendly cashier sat on her chair for about 10 minutes before she literally threw my sandwich in the oven. Then with the same hands that she is handling cash with, she picked up my siracha packets and threw them in the same package as my sandwich contaminating my sandwich. I just threw it all away and walked away. Where is the training to protect the customers?????????
I got a bit thirsty so stopped off at this Starbucks. Ordered my drinks one for me and one for the boyfriend. Nice staff and the drinks came out pretty quick so that was cool.
I bought items for the challenge , and instead of letting me pay they used all of my stats and then they still charged me the whole amount BS
First time there. Very good in all phases, prices fair and service maintained a good flow. Would recommend it. Opens 11a.
The lady that looked like she may have been the manager, name Alyssa -dark hair bad eyeliner heavy set, acted like she didn’t hear me when I asked about the temperature of my child’s hot chocolate. I had asked beforehand if it could be made to be lukewarm for him as he is 4 yo. I pushed the drink back since she didn’t verbally acknowledge me or even look my direction. She then began to answer my original question that she acted like she didn’t hear initially. She ordered me to throw the other drink in the garbage and she’ll make another one. Very rude, never even acknowledged our presence or question, then told me to take the bad drink and find a garbage to throw away her wrongly made steaming hot chocolate for a child. YOU made it wrong YOU throw away your bad drink. This place Doesn’t deserve my money
