Not sure why this came up, but I dint like Starbucks coffee, I go to dutch brothers down the street. Better coffee, not burnt taste
My favorite Starbucks !!!! I have been to many local Starbucks in the area and this one is my favorite. They always make my drink order exactly how I like it. The order is always ready to go when I pick up “by mobil order”. Today Maria made my drink and it was perfect. So good I actually asked who made it and got her name. Everyone is super friendly and the wait time is always FAST!! ? don’t let that secret out!!!!
Super disappointed in the service and quality here.My drink is not complicated (espresso, soy milk and light ice) but half the time I get the wrong milk, added syrups, missing shots, extra ice, etc.They usually have an attitude when I (politely) try and get it fixed. It makes me uncomfortable so when they messed it up the other day I got it fixed at another store. I informed them of what happened and they called me a liar... I wasn't asking for a free drink, just that it was made correctly! Mistakes happen sometimes, not a big deal but the way I was treated after informing them was.I tried to talk to a manager about it on the phone and was stopped by a barista. The next time I went it I got decaffed! This is the closest Starbucks by several miles and stoplights for me but I will be passing it for now on.
Quick and easy and the employees were very helpful on what type of drink that would help wake up without feeling really Jittery ?
Fast, quick service. Weeeellllll....I think some of the starbucks are struggling to keep their employees as it seems like service and quality has taken a nose dive. Hopefully they get their MOJO back soon.
This place is never open then when it is open it is out of stuff. This happens 3 to 4 times a month just ridiculous Starbuck is going down the the employees are so rude. Dutch Bros so much better and pleasant and friendly place to go. So sorry long time customer leaving.
The only thing I hate about Starbucks....... and love about them at the same time.... they are almost always open. Where the mom and Pop shop has to struggle to maintain those hours and or they actually spend time with their families.
Wifi is great... Kinda dirty but got want I need and used there wifi and then we left.
I ordered a venti drink with no ice and they gave it to me half full… I asked why it wasn’t filled all the way up and they said it was because it didn’t have ice in it. Multiple other starbucks have made the drink I ordered with no ice and filled it all the way up…?
The only reason this location is getting a 2 star rating is because the person at the window was nice. Though she did not apologize for the almost 40 minute wait at the drive thru, she was kind and pleasant. I ordered just 2 things and I wish there was a way I could've backed out of there and gone somewhere else for my morning coffee. Waiting 40 minutes is ridiculous.As for the food, I got a White Mocha with oat milk and it was very tasty, though a bit cold by the time I got it. I also tried the Impossible breakfast sandwich for the first time and it was okay. I wouldn't order it again.
