great staff here. Very chill environment
I went to this Starbucks before work today to pick up my mobile order. I always mobile order 15 minutes before leaving my house to insure my drink is ready by the time I get to the store.Well I got there this morning and my drink wasn’t done. I just figured they were busy and sat down and waited... and waited... and waited... I got to the store at 7:08 and it was now 7:40. I start work at 8 and so I went to the pick up bar and asked if my drink would be made soon. The lady then proceeded to tell me that they go in order of how the mobile orders come in, and mine wasn’t next. I then told her that I put my mobile order in at 6:50 and had been waiting at the store since 7:08 and that a simple tea should be easy and quick to make. And that other people who had mobile ordered after me were getting their drinks before me.Finally by 7:45 they made my drink and I rushed off to work... and idk how, but after all that they managed to make my order wrong as well... needless to say- I’m never going back to that Starbucks again. Very upsetting.

Made my beverage correctly. Although the Google maps app says it is less busy than usual, the process took too long IMHO. Also they were out of my snack of choice as well as large straws. This makes me sad. Add all that to the fact that I had to get out of my car, because of no drive through, equates to me not visiting this establishment again. There is once chance to make a good first impression. Lastly, not one of the three staff encountered staff smiled at me. Time for some management intervention or some puppy uppers. Perhaps they each needed to have a shot of espresso.
Love the gouda cheese sandwich and fantastic iced tea.
