takes 15 mins for me to get one tall….drink, baristas are clueless, older lady in here is on top of everyhting but the other females are very clueless. Really upsetting m
The baristas here are some of the sweetest people. There's never a problem with my order and they are so willing to remake something if you aren't satisfied with it. Been coming here since it opened. The drive thru window is convenient if you don't want to go inside.
Great customer service they gave me a small but I ordered a large and they fixed it for me

Ordered a $20 mobile order just for them to have the doors locked and expect us to wait in a 20 car line. Tried calling, they won’t refund, cancel or transfer the order to a different Starbucks. Management are absolute crooks.
