It took me a minute to post this because this was two days ago and it happened to my mom.She went to this location two days ago and she ordered banana nut bread around 12 o-clock there was a finger Nail in her bread.I asked her why she didn't take a picture she spit it out in her hand and tossed it in the road she was so grossed out that she wasn't even thinking of it at the time.She wanted to call but was too mad and disgusted.This really happened so don't make it out to be untrue or offer sorry just make sure you fix this issue cause it could be a lot worse.though my mom probably won't be going back to your location because of this.

LOVE this location! I know the beauty of Starbucks is uniform taste wherever you go, but my drinks get better every time I order here.I have (to me) a lot of customizations — not the “Half-Caf, Double Triple Gainer, foam, no whip” — kind, but it’s REALLY good, made by really nice people.I got to actually p/u via a “roll-by” last week, annnd WE NAILED IT!!Fun & great coffee = GREAT DAY!Thank you Starbucks❣️
We went there to get a specific tea that the only had 1 of the 4 necessary ingredients for. Though the cashier was nice and offered a recipe alternative it is disappointing. We went to over 4 different starbucks during our vacation and none of them were completely prepared.
I’ve gone to this location hundreds of times (every day for the past three years), dealt with the same staff most of the time (I order the same thing every time) and they rarely get an order right (it’s wrong more often). After having to drive back through the drive-thru to remake the drink hundreds of times, I’m finally just never going to this location ever again. Which sucks because it’s a very convenient location for me. If you expect your order to be right, go somewhere else. Let’s face it, it’s a rip off anyway, at least give me what I pay for...
They were not only super fast but the sandwich came out hot unlike other sbux.. my drink was made perfect. They have great baristas here and the staff was super friendly. And they have a drive thru. Thank you, you guys are the best ??

decent enough.the employees are kind though slightly judgemental. ?the music inside of the store is loud. ??the store is clean. the bathrooms are clean.free wi-fi.so, yeah, grab a large cup of ice water and charge your phone.?edit: they have the same six songs on a constant loop... omg. ?
The baristas were so nice & friendly! ....There was a tiny mistake w my order, they fixed it right away & w a smile. Our food was hot & so yummy. And our drinks were perfect. Will definitely stop there again when I'm in town :)
I made a mobile order on foot. Got ro the door and closed .. only drive through open.. now I got charged for a 8 dollar drink I can't pick up. I tried calling just keeps ringing.
