I like the food here but they've messed up my order on more than one occasion at this location. I'm not really sure how you mess up an online order, but this place has managed to do it multiple times. Hard to keep coming back even if the food is good - if I don't get what I actually ordered!
Almost $20 for a roast beef dip with au jus from an envelope! Small size too. Bad soup. I only like the bread but the customer service will keep me from ever coming back.

Slow preparation and they nickel and dime you for everything. No substitutions.Ended up paying $40 for 3 medium sandwiches. And this took about 20 min as the only customers.
Rude staff, over priced and super long wait times- and it's a sandwich shop, not a sit-down restaurant. They had full staff at least 7 people on the line making the sandwiches and it took 20 mins after I ordered. At least polite service would have made the wait time forgivable.
The sandwiches are good, the sourdough bread they come on is excellent. The service seems to be hap hazard, we have has a few mistakes, but nothing serious.
We went this afternoon for the first time and we were so impressed!! Our cashier was super friendly and our sandwiches were amazing!! I had the GF wrap with tuna salad, lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Our son had the brisket on sourdough and we loved both so much!! We will definitely be back!!
Quick and easy lunch. Lots of tables outside. Will definitely eat here again. Chicken poblano soup was delicious!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The manager was speaking so incredibly disrespectful to her employees. I’ve been numerous times and I’ve heard and witnessed the lady scream at her employees. The girls who make sandwiches are always so accommodating and caring towards customers so I couldn’t imagine that the workers deserve to be spoken to in such a cruel way. I like sourdough bread, but the workers seem terrified of their boss. I like their sandwiches but they really need to get new management before I eat here again.
