I've never been to a Sonic before and I decided to give this place a try after I got off from work. The wait was long which was understandable since there was a line of at least 10 cars ahead of me.. I was greeted at the pay window by the most cheerful and friendly employee. The food itself surpassed my expectations. I came here to try the reeses blast and it was loaded with chopped reeses candy, they didn't skimp at all. I also decided to get a burger and I'm glad I did, it had a nice juicy tomato and the mayo and ketchup just tied everything together. It might be one of my favorite burgers among Habit and In-n-out. 10/10
Honestly, the service here was okay. It wasn't the best, but wasn't terrible either.So, when you pull into any Sonic, they have drive up spots for you to order from. When your ready to order you press a button on the menu board to let them know your ready to place an order.The only complaint I have about the service in particular is that once the button was pressed, it took them a good 4 minutes or so to even acknowledge that it had been pressed. Which was a little frustrating. However, I do want to mention that the location was really packed and super busy. So, it is understandable.The other complaint that I have has nothing to do with the restaurant, service or staff in any way but I do need to mention that it was rather annoying that the location had a ton of teenagers riding around on bikes in their parking lot, doing tricks, and being very obnoxious while doing so. They should do something about this as it's very rude.
Food was fair but was not happy with the service I asked for fry sauce when I ordered when the guy brought our food out he said anything else I said just the fry sauce he looked in the bag said it's there handed it to us and nope no sauce and no napkins. I pushed the button asked for the fry sauce again and napkins and so smart a..... decided to fill a bag with both. Very waist full. I'm sorry you couldn't get it right the first two times.
This is no reflection on the workers at all cuz with one or two people they're doing the best they can up there but I pulled up in the Drive-Thru first time there waited 15 minutes pushing the button no one came we weren't sure what to do try to look for a way to get in you can't get in so then we went to the other board and press the button finally somebody came out to us ordering was difficult through the microphone but we figured it out brought the food out it was horrible literally horrible nothing like the Sonic commercials that you see the only thing that was really good was my tea. Had issues using the card to pay for the food finally was able to pay for it we drove about 35 minutes to get to that Sonic and just completely disappointed the employee guy he seemed nice when he finally did come out but overall was not impressed
I understand that alot of people are under staffed but when I had went I had pulled up to the drive threw and waited about 5 mins or so and no one ever responded back to me so I jad pulled up to the window and the gal said that she could take my order then realized that it was to big for her to take. So I had pulled around to 1 of the screens to order and the first thing I had ordered was never put into the bag. Had spent almost $70 there for dinner for my family. This was my first time ever going to a sonic to. Wished people would double check the order before they bring it out.
Drove 25 miles on Saturday just because we love Sonic. Was not worth the trip, food tasted old and slushy was not the same as we have had at other Sonic. This was the first time visiting this location since we moved to California. Guess we will give it another go before I make a decision.
Great food always!! Be prepared for this location to forget SOMETHING ANYTHING. Everytime never fails. Napkins, straws, meat in the burger,not kidding on that one either. They fix it right away but it's always something
Quick attentive service, helpful staff, great shakes, and great prices for the massive load of calories you receive. Also quite good for a Covid safe dinner since you get to be served and dine in your car in the parking lot, without having to go inside or even put on a mask. Their fries are also a perfect golden brown and they taste great. Would recommend this Sonic branch especially if you're looking for fast food.
Not the Sonic we are used to. Ordered 5 pc chicken combo (3 tenders, 2 nuggets which were supposed to be tenders, over cooked tots and a piece of toast.) The cherry limeade was good and so was the strawberry banana shake. We won't be going back.
Super disappointed, Food was barely warm, of course the ocean water was great!! Only 1 server and a crazy dirty guy harassing customers , I felt awful for the server, management definitely should be running the non customer crazy guy off or at the very least checking on employees and customers outside.
