Shake shack is consistently delicious. They are proof that the bun matters to the overall meal. Also, the workers are always very friendly.
I thought Shake Shack was above average. It was not amazing but it was very good. I'd come back for sure. Spending close to $20 for a burger and fries, you can do better. Not 5 star.
Great burgers! Good chicken bites, too salty for me but if you like saltier breading you will like the chicken bite for sure, I love their cheese covered fries and black and white shake...I like the quality of their food
The line was long and the big city hype was real in the galleria. Everyone was trying to get a piece of shake shack.I got the mushroom burger which is filled with cheese. It kind of exploded with cheese and burned my mouth a bit. Still tasty just not like a ranting item to talk long about.I also got the cheese fries, meh, they were okay.The shake was thiccccccckk but tasty.I'd eat again but wouldn't go out of my way.Staff was friendly.
Slow service. Small burger should have ordered a double. Almost looked like a slider. Quality beef though. Their chicken tenders were good quality and their BBQ sauce had a nice kick to it. Expensive sodas and no refills.
Got our order wrong, didn't rectify it or refund the difference. Food was overpriced and greasy. The shakes were nice though. Staff need training in customer service.
Only give it 4 stars because 3 burgers 3 fries and 3 drinks $50.71. To expensive for what you get. Hamburgers were delicious along with their ?... to much money....
As usual, my favorite burger! The bread is so soft, the meat is so juicy and the cheese fries are so delicious! I came at lunch time so the queue was long, and the seats were full. The toilets are clean and also the staff here are very helpful.
Never had Shake Shack before but today (2/2/22) will be my 1st time having it. I'm hoping its a great experience. Based on some of the reviews that I have read, it's either hit or miss. All I want is a great tasting burger that myself and my family will enjoy but more importantly, I dont want to still be hungry after eating here. Either way, I'm going to enjoy having lunch with my daughters but really hope that the food and service is outstanding.Challenge has been issued to youShale Shack! See you around 130pm today. Tasty burgers but these I thought were supposed to be the smash style burgers that are crispy, but every time that we've been here and I've ordered the bun is so greasy that it just turns into mush.If the bun was toasted and dripping in grease it would make for a much better experience.
