As expected, the food and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the restaurant was very warm inside, as the air-conditioning did not seem to be working very well. Given that the food itself is 500° plates, it made dinner a bit uncomfortable. It didnât help that it was over 100° outside, and the air conditioners were working extended time. However, being dressed for the occasion, and being warm during dinner, it made the evening less than stellar. Otherwise, we have a marvelous time.
The check in for our reservation was questionable and less than desired. Everything else was great. Food was great. We love how they bring hot plates to allow you to cook your steak to your desired taste. Superb:-)
Food was excellent but very pricy. Once a year to celebrate something isn't bad I guess.
Donna was the best waitress so personable and very attentive. We canât wait to go back and have her as our server.

Good service, great food
Initially when our steaks came out, they were swapped as far as the type of temp they were cooked. I ordered medium and my wife ordered medium well. My steak came out medium well while hers came out medium. She's pregnant so she couldn't have hers BUT our waiter Aaron was exceptional about the inconvenience along with his manager. He first had my steak remade entirely and hers cooked a bit more to be less bloody. Our appetizers were replaced with fresh ones when our steaks arrived (cooked both exceptionally well) along with our desserts being upgraded to 2 mini cheesecakes AND a larger cheesecake for to go all on the house for us being patient enough to let them remake our steaks. It was a great experience and the service is always fantastic which is why we choose to always celebrate our wedding anniversary here, 3 years running along with 3 other separate visits. This was hands down the best service we've ever experienced and the level of attentiveness without us having to request for anything extra was outstanding. Definitely coming back to the Roseville location exclusively now.

A lot of dust on the wall and light above table. The service was good people are nice and knowledgeable. The food was ok I expected better. The cut of meat wasnât good for both me and my wife I had cowboy prim rib bone in and she had the bone out prime rib. The steak was cooked good but had very tuff-ness in both the steaks. For 75 dollars each I feel like should have been a lot better.
