We were very happy with everything we ordered. Nice Fried Rice and the Shrimp were large and beautifully prepared - light and fluffy and not at all greasy. I would definitely return and explore more Chicken dishes of which there were many.

If you're ordering vegetarian, apparently you'll need to specify that even if the listing is in the vegetarian section, or they'll cook with oyster sauce.That said, there was a miscommunication on the order and the staff went out of their way to make it right - and tried to comp my meal anyway (they insisted I not pay since it wasn't perfect, so I left cash when they weren't looking ?).It's a typical Chinese restaurant, but the passion for perfection by the owners - who were working on the floor with the staff - is differentiating. They also knew so many customers by name that it's clearly the place for locals.
Food was mediocre at best. This was my former in laws favorite Chinese place, I don't know why. Nothing was really good. Nothing was really bad. The prawns or fried shrimp seemed under cooked and doughy. Pork chow mein was somewhat flavorless as was the fried rice and wonton soup. The staff were friendly that I interacted with.
This was great! Thank you we had five people in our group and all of us were very satisfied with the food and service!
This place just opened one week ago exactly today. I ordered the beef broccoli and it was tasty but also salty. My sweetheart ordered sweet and sour pork and she loved it. I did let the waitress know about the saltiness of my food and she apologized and said next time they could make it less salty just request low salt. Which was great because I can always add soy sauce.

Absolutely the best Chinese food in the Sacramento/Roseville area! I am always recommending this restaurant to anyone. My family and I have been eating here for years and will continue to!
The Rose Garden was excellent. Accepting to-go orders only. And just like the East Coast, so I've heard, they give you crunchy things with sweet and sour kind of like chips and dip.
This place is below mediocre tried it twice & both times was nasty ther fried rice makes panda's seem great I can't believe people actually say ther food is good here they must be the same ones that are use to eating frozen Chinese food from the grocery store the sweet and sour chicken was barf no wonder people that live around it call it rose garbage it's exactly what it is don't waste your time with this place there well below par with there food I eat @ Chinese restaurants all over the place l.a. Sacramento tye bay San Bernardino las Vegas even the nasty ones all around seem decent after u try this place maybe they were good in the 80s not sure but I know they are probably the worst option In all of California anyone says theirs is good Chinese definitely needs to give up on eating Chinese food ??
