Very offputting and not clean, ate someplace else.
The food is always quality and the customer service is amazing. They are always fast when you're in a rush and thank you Joaquin for the great conversation and experience when I was ordering today!

Two words- Volcano. Fries. The owner is nice, the staff is always friendly. I wish the spam musubi had more spam but it still taste great!!! Definitely worth it. I’m a happy loyal guest & recommend this place to many friends.
Love the new addition to the mall! Their salmon was incredible, I had the sweet unagi and siracha aoli sauces. Kind staff and good prices.
I was just in picking up an order for grubhub. I can't say because of that how the food is, but the gal Lani that assisted me was such a sweetheart. I love good friendly customer service and she is definitely that. I will return to eat myself one day based on that alone. Next time I'm in the mall, I will eat here.
Can you guys make sure to start fully cooking your rice. This is the second visit in a row where I’ve fished uncooked rice out of my mouth in every bite . Not okay since we’re paying $15 a bowl for poke
First time customer. Out of sushi rice, out of unagi sauce, charged me nearly $16 which is WAY pricier than other competitors, and their idea of “to-go” was to cover the top of the cardboard bowl with loose saran wrap. Fish was fresh at least, but I’m not impressed in the slightest.
I'm actively standing line, have been for over 15 minutes while a family of 4 takes up the entire counter and their sweet time ordering. The kicker is the staff not even acknowledging their growing line, getting their current guest to speed it up, or offering any kind of acknowledgment for the others in line. Frankly an overall fail on the customer service level. Have tried placing online orders that are not ready when they say they will be and then having to wait additional time for them to then complete your order. Oh and a cherry for your sundae, they only ever have 2 types of fish available.
Good food and the service was good.
