We had a group of 9 of us tonight and it was very busy. Normally service would be slow, but we had a tremendous server who was on top of everything the entire night and was friendly to top it off. Great night!
Spent $41 on a curbside pickup order. Called the number and then waited 10 minutes before calling again because they forgot to bring out our order the first time. Also, paid for extra fries with one of our burgers. We did not get extra fries at all. Felt super ripped off. Other than that, food was good but don't recommend getting food to go. Frustrating experience.
Excellent food and excellent service for our dine in experience. Only dine-in complaint would be bartender poured my 22oz beer about 2inches from the top. Might as well order a 16oz. Last few times we've door dashed from this location they forgot our honey poppy sauce eventhough we asked for a lot extra.
Super busy on a Friday night, staff swamped. Difficult to get silverware and napkins - side salads finally got plastic utensils and we went to the bar ourselves to get the napkins. Food was good.
this place is nothing but the bomb and absolutely really does hits the spot!!
Wow. My wife and I walked in the door at exactly 9 pm expecting a delicious meal only to be turned away after being told that they were no longer seating customers and were only accepting take out orders for rest of evening even though closing time was 10 pm. We were told that they were out of almost everything and that's why we couldn't dine in. We were confused on why they had stock to prepare take out orders but we're "out' if you want to eat in. Not happy about Red Robin at all.
Active menus delivered our food. The driver was very friendly. The food was Amazing!
I love eating at this place! Poor Wendy’s across the parking lot is not getting any of the action. LolThier food is always delicious, thier restaurants are always clean, and thier staff works hard to keep people moving!I might be the only one to order thier grilled chicken sandwich with the honey barbecue sauce, super good!
I have been going to Red Robin since the 90s.They still have my favorites.The portions are much smaller.The drinks are good but limited.The bathroom? Ah, I would not want my employees washing their hand in that.Service was friendly, but you could tell they had not been well trained.How hard is to keep a restroom clean?I was saddened by my last visit.
