Fantastic food and service! We rented a room for a party and it was just a wonderful experience.
I hate to even offer up a single star, wish I could post a review without giving them a star. If you're into NOT-SO-GREAT food and LESS-THAN-PROFESSIONAL staff and even worse, horrible business administration, then Randy Peters Catering is your place to go. Whenever anyone I know requests a catering referral, I send them anyplace but Randy Peters. You can get better food and service at your local drive-thru from a teenager distracted by the latest ap or video posting craze.
Went with my parents to see our friends grandson's band"The Marshall Grove Band". The band was excellent, food was delicious and I definitely recommend this place to everyone. I also recommend to everyone that if you get a chance to see The Marshall Grove Band, do so!!! Very, very good and.
Randy Peters did an amazing job with our dinner party- Southern style! Fried chicken, collard greens, mashed potatoes, corn bread- unbelievable! Thanks Randy and Lisa for a fantastic evening!

Had a large party - about 75 people for a Christmas party - the party of the year for our friends. My complaint with Randy Peters Catering is about the process and service. Melissa should have done better. $4500 spent and the food was delivered late and was cold. Me and my guests had to scramble to unpack the food and attempt to heat the food that was delivered cold. No disposable foil trays with heat under them, just a bunch of food delivered late and cold. No critical thinking with this group; it's like a mexican restaurant charging you for chips and salsa or a Japanese place charging you for chopsticks and soy sauce. Who wants to eat cold food? My guests were not impressed. When I spoke to Melissa, she proceeded to blame me for not asking the question if I wanted to "pay extra" to have someone unwrap what was delivered and make sure it was warm when they left. $4500 did not get me these basic and simple things. Wow! And there was never a discussion with Melissa about unwrapping the food or paying "extra" to make sure it was warm once delivered. I mean, how much does this cost? $30 on a $4500 food tab? C'mon! The amount of money I spent meant nothing to this group, like I spent a few hundred dollars with them. Sheesh. Their service was poor, communication was worse, and my expectations were not met. I did not receive the value that I paid for. Period. I won't be using them again, there are way too many places that provide good service along with good food.
This is THE spot for large events! Roseville Rotary Holiday Party was an amazing event, and the venue was 100% perfect. Randy Peters catering is the best in the area. 11/10 will be here again!
