Why is it that they want to lock doors before there actual time of closing. I came all the way from North Natomas and of course there doors were closed at 8:45 pm . Maybe you guys need to change the time of closing if this is the case.
Very small location at the fountains and no indoor seating. Good service and very pricey.
Cheerful and caring customer service.When it comes to juices and smoothies, unfortunately this is just a distribution center. They can't make anything custom for you, which we realized only after waiting for a long time since they did have some fresh fruits but those are not for smoothies or juices.
Very unpleasant, unprofessional employees and lazy people. Their website stated closing times at 9pm but if you get there at 8:30 they are already done. Last night the girl was ready to serve us, despite the fact of not having most of the stuff on their menu, but a hairy face guy came from the back and screamed “all machines are already down for today”. Very rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. So I told him that they should update their business hours and he replied that I should try another store. When I mentioned about writing him a review he replied “good luck, have fun with that.” So here I’m, making sure everyone knows how this place treats their customers. I wish this guys was my employee so I could fire him for ruining the business.
Very long wait times even when a few folks ahead of you - need to plan properly how to make this more efficient so people standing in line don’t have to walk away waiting
One of the most pleasant persons served me this evening. Haven't tried the cleanse yet, but I just felt good after such a positive interaction. :) Also service was very fast and the store was very clean.

The ladies who helped me were SO friendly and very knowledgeable. They even went above and beyond to help me after I placed my order incorrectly online. Such great customer service! I will definitely be returning.
I love the juices here, but they're so inconsistent with their rewards program. I'm a VIP member, in which I pay a monthly fee. I'm supposed to get juice bundles at a lower price than non-VIP members. But each employee goes by different rules apparently, because I get charged differently each time. One employee said I can't use my VIP points with my gift card. Another said that I can't use it unless I'm using the app (which I don't have). One time, I was able to use my VIP points and use a gift card. It's very frustrating.
Terrible experience… I am visiting from Texas and I had heard great things about this place so I decided to check it out. I had terrible service and then I tried to call up and talk to the manager I think her name was Tawny?? She would not get on the phone so I finally just decided to drive up there as I am a business owner myself I figured they should know what is happening in their locations. When I got up there she was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable with the whole situation becoming out of hand. I feel like if the owners knew about her customer service skills maybe they would rethink the position hopefully they read their reviews.
