They forgot two of my sides and I noticed when I got home. I called to let them know and see if I could get a refund and go back tomorrow but they said in order to get my money I have to drive back tonight . So they want to charge me for something that i never received and instead of making it right , just refuse to give me my money back because I can't go back today? Trash people .
This is my local Popeyes and am pleased to say their customer service is always very polite and courteous and they always seem to make sure any condiments you may need for your order are always in your bag.As to the food it always seems to taste great and fresh.I can honestly say these folks have it together.
Ordered an 8 pc family dinner and was asked to wait on a parking spot and they will bring the order to me. 2 other cars before did the same. I waited for 20 minutes and decided to go into the store to ask how long because we were the only cars parked and the drive thru line was going thru & customers were getting their orders at the window just fine. I saw one of the parked customers walk up inside the store & came out with his order so I did the same thing. Had I not walked into the store, I would've kept on waiting because they totally forgot about mine. They had to put my order together in front of me and there was plenty of cooked chicken. Worst service of all!
I love Popeyes chicken better than any other fast food chicken. The red beans and rice are my favorite side! My local Popeyes has good customer service too. They always treat me right. Of course, they see me in there all the time!
Never has any of the food they advertise. Service is always slow and somehow horrible. Know where I'm gonna go that actually has the food I order? McDonalds...for some reason this place has the food I order. So mind blowing. Maybe copycat an actually successful fast food franchise Popeyes.
Chicken was hot and fresh, juicy and flavorful with a little bit of a kick. Mashed potatoes and gravy same, biscuit hot and fresh and flaky. This place blows KFC out of the water! So good!
Let be honest. The chicken is always great. But I don't understand the point of ordering ahead. My order was supposed to be ready by 1135. Didn't get it till 1215. Will this stop me from going back.... Not at all. But I don't think I'm be using the app that often.
Poor management skills. Poor communication skills. We waited almost 30 minutes for our order! Management should communicate about whatever is going on to the customers. It would be more of level of understanding. We were patient..but ended up just getting our money back instead of our food. We headed to KFC and got our order fairly quickly...
Just went thru the drive thru and I was treated so good-they made me smile. Great staff and my chicken was perfectly made…and hot! Please tell them thx again for a good experience!!!
You know, I love Popeyes chicken. In fact, I would eat it 3 times a day if it wouldn't kill me.But this restaurant consistently gets orders wrong, leaves items out, doesn't give you the sauces you ask for, or just doesn't give you sauces at all. It's getting a little annoying to wait in the drive thru for what seems like an eternity only to have to park, go inside and explain that your orders wrong.Please, for the love of God get your #@$% together.
