I ordered a London fog, asked them to brew the tea before they made the latte, like at most shops. Received a cup of pain tea that I couldn't wait long enough to reorder. Pleasant staff, but that's a pretty big screw-up.

I travel in from Mexico City every year for Thanksgiving and come to this Peet's. It reminds me of the Peet's in Piedmont CA i lived around the corner from. Very friendly and consistently good coffee.
Not very impressed, asked for one coffee to be drinkable but not super hot, we are waiting for our coffee, the person making our coffee set our coffee on counter did. Not call out name had to walk up and ask if if they were ours, people working there to busy talking to another customer,, not sure why the p.o.s would ask if you want to give a tip???? The employees only do there job, no extras
It took longer than expected for me to get my order (I ordered for four), but the manager did her best to assure me that they are working on it. The barista was also accommodating to make a few changes to one of my orders. Truly a nice bunch of people working here! Always happy to serve everyone who walks in.
