Husband picked up dinner here this evening. Service was good. They were pleasant and efficient. Food was good, and good portions. They didn’t slop it all over the inside of the styrofoam plate, like we’ve experienced at other PEs. So, we will be back. We’re thinking the bad reviews were due to opening jitters and confusion. I think they’ve got it together now.

I never write reviews but the staff were very rude. We didn’t make any unreadable orders. It felt like they don’t want customers to come back at all. Food wasn’t fresh either, not enough turnover. By the way, the hours they list online are incorrect, they always close earlier. It’s unfortunate how bad customer service got everywhere after Covid.

The line in the drive-thru was exceptionally long. The line inside for counter service was even longer. I decided to use the order online feature and received an email that says my order should be ready in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, without my order being prepared, I walked up to the counter to see if they could just scoop the requested order from the already prepared trays of food under the glass. The cashier did, and bagged it for me. At least the order was correct.I guess this new location hasn't worked out all the kinks yet.

First and foremost, rude staff. Probably overworked because they just couldn't handle the in person orders and the phone ones. Furthermore I arrived 45 minutes before close time and they were out of more than half the options. I asked them to make more and they gave me funny faces but made 2 things, when I asked for vegetables that were also missing they refused. Then had to wait 15 minutes for the rest. Avoid!

Everytime I come here they are always out of the most popular items like broccoli beef, orange chicken, etc. i don’t know what is with this location but I have came 3 days in a row and I hear the same thing everytime. It’s frustrating.

Been going to Panda Express for years and this is the worst location I've been to ....I was charged more than I was suppose to be and the portions were alot smaller than other locations and food was not fresh.

Overall I had a great experience getting takeout dinner from this location. It is actually the nicest and best decorated panda express location I have ever visited. It was not very busy and the restaurant was very clean. My only minor complaint was that they might have been a little stingy with the portions for our meals, but other than that we will definitely be returning.

No wonder most Panda Express places get low reviews!!! They employ the rudest people, and do not train them. Was looking forward to going here that’s close to where we live, had a horrific experience with the host. Our son is Autistic and does not eat meat, asked for chow mein and broccoli, got wired

Absolute worst experience.Order was wrong for my business after verifying three times in the drive-thru. No receipt was given. Left voice messages that were not responded to. Drove into the store and was given a manager phone number and the manager did not call back. Highly recommend sticking with Panda Express on Foothills or Rocklin instead.
