I love to eat at Panda express, but I am afraid that was my last visit. poor customer service. when a customer comes to you, you do not raise your voice.
My visit today was good it was a very quick in and out Food was ready with no delay and I was back on my way doing my stuff Everything was nice and fresh delicious!Thank you!!

Had 2 orders with my gf, the fried rice was not cooked evenly, some of our orange chicken was cold while others were just warm, along with one of the shrimps from the honey walnut shrimp tastes a little bit on the raw side. Did not like.
After spending $35 for lunch, I was declined a refill on my drink. My cup was completely filled with ice, leaving hardly any room for soda, this appears to be the most expensive cup of ice I have ever bought. I will never eat at this location ever again.
Sad to say but this Panda Express in Galleria Mall is one of the better options for a quick bite to eat in the food court. Food tends to be much more fresh on busier days so if you see a line at least you know you’ll be getting something that hasn’t been sitting there for hours or to the point the food is dry. They do offer a mall employee discount of 10%.
I asked them for apple juice today. When I saw the juice, I said I do not want this kind of apple juice. They said we charged you and we can not take it back !!!! I have never seen anything like this in America, so They charged me and treated me rudely before I gave OK!!!
Love the fact that Panda Express offers vegan options! Quick service at this busy location.
This food may not be the best for you, but it taste the best! I could eat panda every single week! The staff was very friendly and attentive when I had to wait a few minutes for some fresh orange chicken. The counter was clean, The staff were wearing gloves, and there was plenty of hand sanitizer.
