We went today for lunch, hostess took us to the table, after 15 minutes, waitress comes with pen and a paper to take the order, but we never were given the menu card. We ordered one soup, 2 appetizers and a main course. After 5 minutes the main course came, then 2 appetizers, after 15 minutes soup came, I am not sure, is this the order people eat, main first then appetizer and soup?. The main course is cold, soup sucks. If a Chinese restaurant doesn't know how to make hot & sour soup, then they can't make anything good, period. I told the manager, she didn't charge for the soup. Stay away from this place and go some where else.

We were looking forward to visiting PF Changs today. It was one if our favorites, pre-covid days. We got Mongolian beef, spicy chicken, shrimp fried rice, broccoli beef and lettuce wraps. We used to love those wraps. By far the stand out was the spicy chicken. I like the hot stuff, my wife likes mild. It wasn't hot but did have a little kick, not too much for my wife which was good. Mongolian beef was next, good flavor, not too sweet and the beef was tender. The biggest disappointment were the lettuce wraps though. Very bland and the show of making the sauce isn't part of it anymore. Barely any flavor with the pre-made sauce and was disappointing. The service was subpar, lacked enthusiasm and was slow...no call back to check in. The beer I ordered was not what I ordered and since the waitress was nowhere to be seen I went to the bar. I had to interrupt a conversation with thier friends and never offered an apology for the the mistake, only an excuse. Generally we were disappointed and probably won't be back.

Fast and friendly service. Always consistent in food quality and service.

Yummy food & good service

Staff is so immature. Last time I was there, a worker was chasing another worker around with a plate of whipped cream. While we was trying to eat. Also saw a rat trap from where I was sitting in the kitchen.

Best Chinese restaurant in sacramento for now. Good ingredients good oil. Although a bit pricey. but worth it !

Went there 2/11. We are vegetarian. There were just a few dishes to order. The prices are so high. We were not properly served things we asked for such as a few rice bowls. The waiter never came to refill our water, or sodas. Service was so poor. We asked for a ring of fire hot sauce and were never given it. We reminded the waiter and was told they were making it. In the end never got it. The food was so disappointing. Not like it usually is. We have been long time customers, but now deciding that we probably wont go back due to poor service, high prices, small dishes, and very limited vegetarian menu.

Sorry, but no. Massively overpriced, loud, indifferent service, but worst of all, simply not very good American Chinese food. I was really disappointed with how poor the meal was. I knew all the other downsides when choosing to go, my rating is mostly about the meal quality and the cost of it. Also limited vegan /vegetarian options.

Food was cold. One dish was beef with vegetables; the vegetables would have filled a 1/16 cup. In other words where were the vegetables? The sweet and sour chicken was good, but neither dish was worth the price. We spent $50.00. We let the waiter a good tip because we felt bad he was forced to serve those dishes.

Bring Mittens, hat and winter coat. Ate there three a few weeks ago and it was freezing. We were not the only ones everyone had their heay coats on. When we asked the server if he could do something he checked and came back "with it is controlled at corporate and we already let them know". I am writing this review because it is not the first time we ate there and the climate is very uncomfortable. We have made requests in the past but the culture there seems to be :" we know that's the the way it is". The food has always been good and the staff/servers etc are very friendly, but boy are the stretched thin.
