It was my first time going there and I had such a great experience. Our waitress was a girl named Kaylee and she was so nice and attentive. My boyfriend and I even mentioned how she was our best waitress ever! ⭐️ Everything was cooked to our liking and it tasted delicious! We will definitely be going there again and I really recommend this restaurant. ?
Food was nice. The crew at the take out desk were amazing. The crew at the front was a bit too snobby for me. I've had the salad with grilled steak before and it had more steak than 4 tiny pieces, or is this how you treat to-go orders as normally I'd eat inside. I was visiting CA on business and just didn't want to eat at the restaurant.
We have eaten at this Outback location many times. Tonight was the worst. Extremely poor customer service and hard as a rock brown bread, to start. My husbands ribeye was tasteless and I ordered the fried chicken. It was overcooked and the breading was difficult to chew. Needless to say we were disappointed and won’t be returning.
The food is outstanding and amazing and the blooming onion + sauce is so good u have to try it
Their food is amazing as always, especially their iconic brown bread! Their service was less than par. I had set my daughters stuffy on the neighboring table and out of my sight for one second while our table was full. One of the waitresses took it to lost and found rather than asking the table that had a THREE YEAR OLD AT IT LESS THAN A FOOT AWAY! Grateful I got it back for my little one, they were hard to get their attention for refills or sauces but again food was great! They could have been busy.
Both steaks were cooked perfectly. Our sides were delicious. The service was okay. It was pretty busy for a Sunday, I thought. Our server just gave us our bill without asking if we wanted dessert. I purposely did not eat much because I was saving room for it. Nonetheless the food was tasty.
Never coming back. We walked in and were sat but after 15 minutes we had never been greeted or even offered water. Servers and staff just simply walked past us avoiding eye contact. We have had similar experiences the past 5 times we were seated in the main dining area but have always had excellent attention and service from the bar. To your management team: please stop allowing your patrons to be ignored and offered such poor service! I really don't like posting things like this but felt a need to bring it to the business' attention. I work in customer service and know it doesn't take much to stop and acknowledge the people walking through your door to support your business. Just disappointed.
This is a wonderful restaurant ! The Decor is outstanding made of different types of wood and the food ? is Delicious & the hostess greet you with a beautiful smile ?!!!
We were there to celebrate Valentines Day, I was prepared to wait for a long time for my drinks and food due to being the day it was. Not only that, but there was a lot of people. Service was great, food and drinks were super.
will never eat here or any outback ever the service sucked the waitress was not very good and i still tipped the b—— a twenty dollars y’all need to take lessons from tahoe joe’s the food had to be taken back cuz the cooks don’t know what med well is then they nickel and dime you for salad and get no vegetables with your meal. i’m done y’all lost me
