EXCELLENT service! We had a big party, 25 people, and the waitress didn’t skip a beat. She was AMAZING! Food was fast. Food was delicious. Service was SUPERB!! Highly recommend!

We haven’t been to this Pete’s before but were not surprised at the great food and setting. The big plus? The server took a while. A big plus?Yep - as is typical today everywhere, they were short-staffed. She was the ONLY server for a pretty busy afternoon and smiled her way thru what must have been difficult work. Nope, she didn’t share how busy it was or complain. She just went over and above in making us feel we were her only customers.Now, management, please open the El Dorado Hills restaurant in Town Center up again…we miss this!
I called in and placed an order over the phone. Even had the order read back to me to make sure it was correct only to arrive and my order was completely wrong! They then told me they could fix it in 18 mins only to have placed the same incorrect order again!! More upsetting than the girls getting my order wrong twice was the fact that they laughed in my presence before having the decency to walk over and let me know that they messed up my order again! Really?? I fail to see what was so funny. Can you believe that even after all of this they STILL GOT MY ORDER WRONG AGAIN BECAUSE ONE OF THE SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS HAD NO MEATBALLS!!! I swear I thought I was on candid camera or something because there was NO WAY that two people could get the same order wrong three times. All this and they apologized and offered me some free cake. Very bad experience tonight.
I ordered a ribeye and got a filet mignon. It's not rich and buttery, it's SUPER LEAN and tasted like it was rolled in salt before it was grilled and was inedible. However, the PIZZA and knots are still great.
There were 6 people on Saturday 1/8/2022 at 4 pm. Four of the six were sick within 30 minutes. The only common food was the bread with the meals. Very severe diarrhea and stomach pain. Needless To say we will never eat there again .
Service was decent. But let me be honest. The pizza was not worth the price.
