You’re kidding me right…. They refused to start preparing an order for my doordash, on my second time in after waiting 20 minutes already, because “we have 27 minutes left to make that order so you’re just going to have to wait.” I’m not here gettin paid by the hour. After a total of 55 minutes, I was finally given the order with no apology whatsoever. Easiest $6 ever.

I admit it's been a while since I've visited Noah's, and I don't know if it's the location, or they've just gone down hill in general? They got our order wrong, then barely toasted the bagel, hardly any cream cheese. The bagels themselves are delicious, just not prepared how I remember. The girl at the register was very sweet. Maybe they're still working out the kinks?

It’s July of 2022, why is the customer seating and bathroom still not available? The bagels are fine but the customer service is so bad. Josh is great, the other employees are not.

Staff super cheerful, super communicative despite clearly being massively overworked by owners. As I was walking out, a food preparer chased me out to my car saying she *suspected* my order in the bag was wrong and bringing me the right thing just in case. And she was right about the error in my bag. Just top notch customer care. Rare! Owners of this outlet should appreciate these staff! On the downside, expect to wait 15 mins for your order!

We got there at 10am and all the bagels were gone in the display except for 4 options. The employees didn't offer any other options even though they had some trays of fresh bagels stacked behind them. There was a lot of people waiting for their order but no official place to sit because they have all the chairs and tables blocked off with signs saying they're unavailable for dining-in, and that Noah's is only offering take out. But when we got our bag to go there was no napkins in our bag. We sat outside and my husband wanted to wash his hands and the bathrooms were blocked off with rows of tables and a note on the door saying it's not open to the public. Overall, very disappointed and not coming back.

First time in. A man held the door open for me and said go ahead of him, which was polite of him to do. Got to the register and the cashier with out greeting me said I saw him first he was ahead of you. Made me step back to wait..Yes I am upset, because one you should always greet your customers, and secondly, if you decide to serve him first at least apologize or kindly say something other than pointing and looking dumb.

In the few years that this location has been open, I've always received very good service and high quality bagels. You can try the bagels in supermarkets, and some are good, but none of them are as great as Noahs.

This place is horrible. Over priced!!My dad has a medical issue, he needed to go #1 and the guy refused to let him use the restroom. This is horrible customer service. It's a public place and we purchased food. Will NEVER come back and I would never recommend to anyone else.

I felt bad for the workers here, but they were awesome! They were obviously slammed with in-store and Door dash orders and 1 out of 10 customers were wearing masks. Yet they still worked their butts off making sure everything was right and were very courteous. Even when a person came in telling them they forgot a single bagel a couple months ago, the manager didn't even break stride, gave her a bagel and kept going. Awesome work guys, I wish I could could've given you a bigger tip!!!

Wow they REALLY want to click out at 2pm, and it is reflected in them making certain menu options unavailable if you get there after 1:30 p.m. . Enthusiasm level of the employees on a scale of 0 to 10 is -5.
