Nice juices, great bowls, but staff in Roseville location (girl in pink t -shirt) is very rude with customers.
Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!I have horrible dietary restrictions so I do smoothies a LOT. This location used to be good but in the few months they are garbage. ZERO CUSTOMER service, wrong orders, smoothie orders taking 30 min. Call ahead orders just not done. I emailed their corporate customer service and they were VERY uninterested in making anything right. Today I ordered 35min ahead of time and only had a few minutes to grab the order. First off i stood at the counter being ignored by all 5 employees. 9ne even walked up to the counter, looked at me then walked away. I finally spoke up loudly and they were all annoyed that i bothered them.. Of course the drink wasn't ready (or even started) so I asked for a refund. Their manager Andrew never apologized or offered the refund. I had to demand it from across the room. He never even spoke to me. The girl next to him yelled that it was being done. Get back to my office and check. No refund. I called and they said it will be 24-48hrs. This is ridiculous!
Very fresh and delicious juices and smoothies. The price is a bit too crazy though?
4/21/22; RN, stopped in before 12 hr pm shift to get bowls and juices for a myself and a few staff. Nektar is an amazing place, but Roseville location on this particular day staffed what seems to be a bunch of high school chatting girls who was very unsanitary, talking, laughing and chatting over the bowls and juices being made. They were touching their hair and cabinets with the same hands they grabbed ingredients with. I was disappointed to have my bowl not with all the ingredients it was supposed to come with. I ordered the Acai superfood bowl, no bee pollen was added..wasn't a happy camper. This place doesn't need to staff these girls together anymore. Not good for business.
The bowls are amazing. Haven't had a smoothie yet but I am sure they are great as well. Everything so fresh and flavorful.
My sister-in-law brought me here now I’ve been here two times both times were awesome I’ve had the berrie bowl and the peanut butter bowl both were delicious ?
Instead of taking orders and preparing them, the two employees were gossiping the whole time. Took forever to get two drinks.
Staff to engaged in each other to be noticing customers. It did smell great inside but is way overpriced and not as good as the othe juice places.
Love all the options available!! The acai peanut butter bowl is my favorite!
