Second time here, both times great experiences + food. This time decided to order the BLAT (Bacon, lettuce, Avocado, Tomato). Bread was a little burnt on the edges, but not enough to make a difference.A lot of different sandwiches on the menu. Highly recommend this location, service is good and friendly folks.Plus got a free cookie both times ?
This was the best sandwich I ever had. Everything was so fresh and the menu of different sandwiches was huge. So many to choose from. I can’t wait to go back.
This Mr. Pickles is always very good. They work fast and the orders are always right. Tonight there was only one worker so he was a little overworked but the service was still great.

Well, I've only been here 2 times as of yet. I thought my first experience was just a fluke but honestly I'm starting to wonder... FOOD IS GREAT... and that is the reason for the 3 stars. The service, however, needs an some work. Having never been here bi had a few questions and they seemed very annoyed.
Staff was very unhelpful and unclear about where to stand when I told them I wanted to order and pay. Instead of explaining that there was a line at the other end of the counter they embarrassed me, refused take my order and allow me to pay ahead of time, and again refused my request allowing another customer to step in front of me because I stepped outside for a moment for business reasons. Even when I explained they could make my sandwich after hers! Every other mr. Pickle's I've ever been to has been friendly and helpful and allowed me to order and pay before receiving my sandwich when I asked except for this one. I felt very uncomfortable. was refused service even though I was very polite. I will never come back here to eat.
Much better then the fair oaks location. Haven't had me pickles in years but this location is pretty good. Had the French dip was good.

Love the Reuben and the staff is always professional and polite, even with a long line and impatient customers. They operate like a well-oiled machine. Keep up the good work.
