Asked for a large cup half coconut and half hazelnut. The employee filled the cup with 80% coconut and 20% hazelnut on top. When I saw it and ask them to fix it the cashier started getting an attitude telling me its fine and not to complain. This is not how you treat customers and if a mistake is made you should work to fix it not mask the problem with excuses. You guys should properly train your employees how to serve ice cream with mutiple flavors in an equal balance. I would also recommend using ball scooper instead of the amateur kitchen flat spatula you guys use which makes it difficult to properly divide the ice cream equally. Just a heads up! ?

Gelato was delicious. We were surprised when we got to the bottom of the cup and there’s a false bottom to make it seem like you’re getting more than you are. Not necessary since it’s already expensive for a small cup.
Amazing Gelato. I recommend the rose and the raspberry. Overall the best I've found in the area. Cia De Gelateria in Folsom has a mindblowing pistacho, but that's the only exception to Miabella's reign. There are some year-round classics and some seasonal flavors. I'd definitely go for a time-tested classic every time even if one or most of the other flavors are seasonal. The biggest size can fit 4 different flavors, smallest still fits two. There are places to sit nearby.I've been going for years, often with months in between. Not sure I've seen the same gelato slinger twice. Some are friendly, some are also friendly but seem sad. No idea why more than one has specifically seemed sad, but bring some cash for the tip jar. Last time their point of sale/register didn't have an option to add one with a card(or perhaps I just missed it).
Our family loves gelato, we usually get the pint size which is $10, and they do not offer a bigger spoon with that, which doesn’t make sense. Small spoons can’t reach the bottom of the pint size cup. Every time we ask for one small extra cup so I could share pint size with my child, they do not oblige. You would expect better service for $20 for two cups of gelato. I hope the owner gets an additional box of spoons and cups to keep their customers happy. We are regular visitors at that place and honestly, with such service for such a price, it is very disappointing. Overall, great location and delicious flavors!

We were trying to find an ice cream shop after leaving the DSW shoe store. After asking a lady, she told us where it was. I ordered a medium size cup with 3 flavors: pistachio, caramel vanilla and pomegranate. They were sooo good! And the girl who served us was really nice too!
I go there and get Gelato because I love it and wish they had a shop closer to where I live. It has become a special treat for me.
The clerk's fingernails were so long, she had a hard time scooping the Gelato and then couldn't get the coins out of the cash register to give my change back. What an unpleasant sight at an eatery! ?
Great gelato place with some unique flavors including their pomegranate gelato (not sorbet but gelato). We loved it after a nice hangout at the nearby Westfield galleria mall. Refreshing flavors in a nice cool setting inside and outside. Will recommend definitely visiting once atleast if you are in the area.
