Lobby area is clean and neat. Food comes out fast but when ordering kids meals the toys are the same. There have been times when orders are missing or wrong but the percentage is lower than when they get it right.The staff is young and friendly.
Breakfast sandwich bread is now pre-made not made for each order. Severely affected quality. Stiff bread on mcmuffins. Hope it improves
Big Mac tasted really off. I threw it away. What happened to their special sauce? The fries were awful as well as they had been fried in oil that left an aftertaste in my mouth. It was a terrible lunch!
Lobby is closed because covid but the gas station is open in the same location.Laziness. Limits who can come to the location seeing as most don't fit in the drive through.
Good service got home raw food
Whomever is the manager here deserves to be promoted to customer. We placed an order through drive through, and unknowingly left missing a sandwich and the drinks for our children. When we called the store to try and rectify the problem through replacement or refund, the manager very rudely told us that she couldn't do anything for us without a receipt (which we supplied through receipt number on the phone). She told my wife that she didn't know what she was talking about and that they don't have issues in their store and if something is missing it's our problem. When we said that we were going to come back in for a refund she replied "I can't wait".We both work in customer service and understand policies, but there is nothing that would allow for this type of experience to happen. Very disappointed in the customer service. Definately will not be visiting this location again.
It's McDonald's so you know what it is but the staff here is so good and professional, especially the breakfast crew. Barely come to a complete stop after payment but never feel harried or rushed. Actually makes me mad when I go to other locations. Like why can't they all be this good?

Service and product was great but the grounds were rough. Tons of trash and homeless people loitering the area. I was there rather late but I was sketchy about stopping.
I used the kiosk for this order and the printer was not working. The instructions on the kiosk stated to pick a number stand and they would bring it to our table. Once my food was ready they kept calling the number that would have been on the receipt that did not print rather than bringing it to my table. When I cam up to check on my food and found that it was the one that had been sitting on the counter, I asked the shift manager why they didn’t follow their process and bring the food to our table, she did not understand what I was saying. Please train your employees to follow the processes set out by your technology or adjust the processes provided by that technology.
